The person must be able to answer pertinent, basic questions related to the Constitution and Federal law.
The POTUS can’t profit from any personal business while in office or be prosecuted afterwards.

They also stacked the court with judges they hope will treat them with deference when they’re eventually brought up on charges. The Senate has been the seat of the most corruption because not only did they allow Trump free reign to destroy, but they did it while diverting funds.
