First and foremost, they would have to commit the crime right?
You can't arrest them until after the election.
Even then, until there are final results, etc, there is an opportunity for self-correction within the process.

But let's say that you had someone cold, caught them filling out ballots and feeding them through machines.

Would you prosecute them on the spot?

I wouldn't.

Up until now, the right has decided to work within the system for the most part.

This comes from having a coherent world view that you’re confident a fair hearing would choose over the incoherence of the left.

The left however knows how foolishly inconsistent their views are with most peoples values and ideas.

In the beginning infections were not cases.

Cases were only those admitted or requiring treatment. Folks who were asymptomatic or recovering w/o interventions were not "cases".

They love to use cumulative numbers to make their point.
This is so painfully stupid only a woke reporter or a politician wouldn't see it.

Cumulative is irrelevant to the present threat.

Even if you insist on the cumulative numbers, watch what happens when we stratify by age.

The overall rate of 137.6/100K is pulled up by the upper age groups.
