Was it just hubris when Mike Pompeo said that there would be a "Smooth transition to a second Trump administration"?

What does Pompeo know?

He knows that the election was rigged and that malicious software that is used around the world to do this was in play.

How does he know this?
Did you forget his old job?

Most importantly @realDonaldTrump and team understand the US Constitution.

Have you ever considered carefully what the job of President is?

The job title is President of the United States of America.

Guess what it's not:

President of the People

That's right. The Presidency is not a representative of the people.

Take a minute to let that sink in.

The President is a representative of the United States.

He is there to represent the interest of the several States to the Federal Government.

The job is to administrate the goverment in concert and coordination with the consent of the states.

Not the consent of the people.

This is why the states are given the ability to define how to choose electors:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled....

"in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."

Read that again. Pay particular attention to the part about where the people vote.

That's right Virginia.

The constitution nowhere says that you get to vote for President.

Not once.

The fact is that any legislature in the country could decide that there will no longer be a plebecite in their states for the US Presidency and it would be totally constitutional.

The president is elected not by the people, but by the States.

He is the States "Man in Washington" there to represent each of the 50 states with equal vigor against what?

Against Democracy.

"The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves."

So each state effectively gets one vote each for President and VP

"But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote"

This election hasn't happened yet, it's December 14th, is only one that matters and until this one is over, there is no "President-Elect"

So the states have held their little perfunctory elections with full knowledge that these elections are totally non-binding and the legislatures can choose whoever they want in the end.

So when it comes down to it, it will be a vote in the house with one vote per state.

That's right. Wyoming, New York and California are all equal.
The GOP controls 27 state delegations. The Democrats control 23.

I'm pretty sure a 27-23 vote is a win for @realDonaldTrump

The voter fraud cases and invalidated elections will make it much easier for these states to vote in favor of the President.

And another thing.....

We've been counting on the DHS, FBI, CIA etc to keep us safe from Cyberattacks by China, Russia, Iran and other bad actors right?

So this becomes pretty damn binary in a big hurry.
If the Trump administration was protecting the US vote from hacking by China, Russia and Iran, should we beleive that they could stop those guys, but not the clown show that is the Democrats?

There's no universe where the Democrats voter fraud operation is more sophisticated than the US Cyber command and the US military and DHS.

Tell me that the DNC got by these guys.

So like I said, it gets pretty binary in a big hurry.

1) There was fraud and these guys couldn't catch it
2) Evidence has been being collected since the president issued this Executive Order

It's almost like Trump has been ahead of them every step of the way:
"Not later than 30 days following the date of this order, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, ...."

"..., and the Director of National Intelligence shall develop a framework for the process that will be used to carry out their respective responsibilities pursuant to this order.

They started preparing to catch election interference 2 years ago.

It's pretty broad

" the term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, ..."

"... including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results"

And there it is. The machines, operations and the rest can be federally inspected and supervised.

So, relax, go to Church, enjoy your family and know that when it's all said and done, the States will re-elect @realDonaldTrump for #4MoreYears
