First and foremost, they would have to commit the crime right?
You can't arrest them until after the election.
Even then, until there are final results, etc, there is an opportunity for self-correction within the process.

But let's say that you had someone cold, caught them filling out ballots and feeding them through machines.

Would you prosecute them on the spot?

I wouldn't.

I'd want to know if they were acting alone or in coordination. Wouldn't you?

Then assuming coordination, I want to know who the coordinator is. Don't you?

Who is paying, organizing, and directing these operations? Are outfits like the @AtlanticCouncil

Think - What if Barr had announced indictments against Comey etc? And what if those had been last month? What would have happened?

It's immediately called a political prosecution right?

No says this in February. By then a few important things on the ground will have shifted.

1) @realDonaldTrump will have been inaugurated.
2) The election corruption will have been exposed.
3) Media credibility damaged

All of the DNI declassifications and so on have been softening the ground for this for months.
Trump knew he was going to win a year ago and so did the Democrats.
That's why they ran @JoeBiden he was the candidate they could control the most.

They literally thought Trump was too dumb to catch them. BIG MISTAKE.
Trump watched every breath they took.
And guess what, it was all totally legal to do.
The Feds have a legit interest in election security.

The things that are going to come out next will shock the conscience of the nation. It's so staggering that if it was all exposed at once, no one would believe it.

They have to give it to the public in pieces.

For example, if several politicians are involved in a scheme like this it's a lot easier to then beleive something larger that involves them.
