There 17 new cases in the Bubble today: 3 in Newfoundland and Labrador, 5 in Nova Scotia, and 9 in New Brunswick.

Of the 3 cases in NFLD, 1 was travel-related,1 is a close-contact of an existing case (there seems to be a cluster of cases in Grand Bank and I'm not sure why they're all interacting with one another), and the last 1 is still under investigation
All of the 5 new cases in NS are in the Halifax area. Two are close contacts of existing cases and three are still under investigation.
The province is introducing new restrictions to slow the spread of the virus, specifically in Halifax.

Two affected schools will be closed for two weeks out of an abundance of caution. Long-term care facilities are going back to some restrictions the reduce their interaction with the community (especially in groups).
Contact tracing is now mandatory for bars and restaurants.

There was some clarification about the guidelines for self-isolation for travelers, but I don't think it was an actual policy change.
In general, gathering sizes have been cut in half across the board (now 5 for un-distanced gatherings, 25 for organized events).

Of the 9 new cases in NB, 2 were in Moncton and 7 were in Saint John. Zone 2 (which includes Saint John) has now joined Zone 1 (Moncton) in the Orange alert level.
With that, there are now 95 known, active cases inside the Bubble: 51 in NB, 28 in NS, 13 in NFLD, and 3 in PEI.
