When islamists say "The Saudi authorities must ensure the exercise of the freedom of belief to all", they mean nothing different than what's applied in islamic countries since 1400 yrs: allow Christians, Jews, Hindus etc to worship their gods, but kill Muslims if they leave Islam
In islamic jurisprudence, expressions are very technical. The expression "the freedom of belief" has nothing to do with the expression "the freedom of changing belief" especially "the freedom of leaving Islam".
