I can't just keep watching.

I ask all activists and journalists to help me put pressure on German police to arrest Muhammed Alabbad who lives most likely in Berlin.

His crimes appeared initially to be money scam, but then extended to possible murder of Saudi women.

Mr. Muhammed Alabbad and Ms. Amwaj Almaghroor are Saudi asylees in Germany. They pretend to help Saudi women flee from Saudi Arabia to asylum country. When they get in touch with a Saudi woman in need to help, they insist on:

1- Money.
2- Naked videos.
3- Control of Twitter-Acc.

1- They ask for money claiming this to be expenses of passports, visas, and electronic permissions. The amount of money starts from 4000 SAR (=1066$) and can reach up to 24000 (=6400$) or more.

2- Naked videos are claimed to be at request of a Canadian lawyer as asylum evidence.

They insist on naked videos, claiming this is necessary to show signs of physical abuse as evidence to be granted asylum.

After they get the money, the send the video to the husband or the father of the Saudi girl! It's needless to say that this can lead to murder of the girl.

They also take control of the Twitter account of the girl claiming that this is a necessary measure to protect against surveillance. Then they use the account to impersonate the girl and tell her friends that she is ok! They also claim that the girl arrived at Canada safely!

I am extremely frustrated by the handling of the German police of the case. I reported the case to emergency number 5 minutes after discovering the real intention behind the scam. I went to the police personally. I told them this is very urgent, we can't allow him to do it again.

It has been six days I have been sending evidence to the police. I found a Saudi girl in Germany trapped into their network (I don't know her role) I asked her to report them to the police, but she just refused. I needed to put more pressure on German police to stop this fraud.

I have just called the emergency number probably 20 times asking them to arrest Muhammed Alabbad. They did not respond favorably. I can't just keep watching. I believe, they don't care as long as the victims are Saudi women living inside Saudi Arabia. They are not German girls!

It's true that one needs some patience, but 6 days is too long! Many Saudi women could be killed during these 6 days. German police didn't seem to care. I'm very upset. I had to turn to Twitter to warn from the fatal scam, and to ask for support from activists and journalists.

Also, I hoped that the Saudi woman - who lives in Germany and was trapped into their network - would help add some pressure. But... forget it. She just refused.

Please, now I need your support on this. We must put pressure on German police to stop Muhammed Alabbad immediately!

انشروا هذا التحذير بسرعة و على أقصى نطاق.

محمد العباد يتظاهر بأنه يساعد السعوديات على الهروب من السعودية، لكنه يأخذ منهن أموالا و مقاطع فيديو عارية مدعيا أنها ضرورية للجوء، ثم يرسل مقطع الفيديو للزوج أو الأب لكي تُقتل المرأة في منزلها!

محمد العباد يعيش في ألمانيا (على الأرجح في برلين). و ينفذ خططه بالإشتراك مع فتاة سعودية بألمانيا اسمها أمواج المغرور @AmwajAlmaghroor .

يطلبان من السعوديات المال (مبلغ بين 4000 إلى 24000 ريال سعودي أو أكثر) و يشترطون إرسال فيديو عاري كدليل للجوء، ثم يرسلون الفيديو للزوج أو الأب!

بعد أن اكتشفت خطتهم، قمت بالاتصال على رقم الطوارئ (الشرطة) خلال 5 دقائق. ثم ذهبت لمركز الشرطة و قدمت بلاغا. ثم واصلت إرسال الأدلة على مدة 6 أيام. فلم تقم الشرطة الألمانية بالقبض عليه لحد الآن!

أمطروا شرطة برلين @polizeiberlin بمطالبات القبض عليه حالا قبل أن يزداد عدد ضحاياه!

اكتشفتُ أن فتاة سعودية تعيش بألمانيا قد تمكنوا من توريطها في شبكتهم لتقوم بتوزيع رقم هاتفهم (لا أعلم عن نوايها) فطلبتُ منها أن تتوجه للشرطة و تبلغ. كنت آمل أن نزيد الضغط على الشرطة فنجبرها على اعتقال محمد العباد قبل أن يزداد ضحاياه. لكن الفتاة السعودية لم تتجاوب بإبلاغ الشرطة.

الآن لا يوجد حل للتعامل مع الشرطة الألمانية إلا عبر الصحافة و الناشطين على تويتر. لا بد أن نكثف الضغط على الشرطة الألمانية.

لا نريد أن تتفرج الشرطة الألمانية بينما يستمر محمد العباد في قتل أو تدمير حياة المزيد من الفتيات.
