The reason I looked into Election IQ was because they are who pops up when you look up Unisys Corporation, and Robert Cook of Smartmatic seems to have experience at all sorts of voting software companies along with others who have also actually worked in election commissions

Interestingly, Smartmatic had owned Sequoia which had ties to Venezuelan and Filipino election fraud since the early 2000s, ultimately bought by Dominion, I believe. The Chairman of Smartmatic, Peter Neffenger is on the Biden-Harris make-believe transition team.
