1⃣People interpret recent statements about #SidneyPowell as "disavowing" her
Yet,
by stating she's independent, they're absolving her from partisan bias,
thereby *strengthening* her claims that she's defending the Republic as a *whole*
Not for Trump, but for ALL, for the People
2⃣Judges will not care whether she works for Trump or not, that's irrelevant to the case. These statements are political strategy, concerns for public opinion. They have zero impact on her case and claims, which again are above partisanship, all about protecting the Constitution.
3⃣It is also quite possible, given the magnitude of the case, that the #Kraken🦑 is so big it will eat #GOP members.
In fact, it's almost implied by her subsequently qualifying it a #KrakenOnSteroids.
4⃣Trump allies in the GOP may *also* have cheated to get personally reelected fearing a "blue wave" — the two are not exclusive. We know fairly well that there is collusion between the two parties, the "#uniparty" oligarchy as they call it sometimes.
5⃣Remember those pictures of Bush Jr and Michelle Obama cuddling; of Kamala fist-bumping with Mitch, etc.
If the Kraken is as big as Sidney claims —of "biblical" proportions— then *many* heads will fall, on both sides, and then some. It's almost a given.
6⃣And deep down, you know there's something unhealthy in US politics. You know it's not normal that Pelosi earned $140m in legal bribes during her political life (just one example).
You know there's well enough food for a Kraken to exist.
But we all doubt it could ever happen.
7⃣Powell even said that even if it took one month to file the case, States would eventually have to un-certify the results (thus undo any electoral vote) because that's what the courts will rule in her professional opinion.
8⃣If it's really that big, it might not even lead to a Trump victory. It might put the entire election into question to such an extent that it would have to be cancelled altogether, due to an impossibility to certify anything in too many States.
9⃣Powell would go all in that far to protect the Constitution, even if weren't conducive to Trump's victory, which is almost besides and below her point here.
And maybe that's actually why Trump distanced himself from her, realizing this (alternative to my first tweet).
🔟It seems Guiliani was buying political time for her to bring the real guns, before an illegitimate win crystallized too much to go back —as too often in past elections.
We'll see.
It will likely be the loudest flop in legal history, or a cataclysm of unprecedented reach.
