If you notice, only a judge in their official capacity is immune. It literally says "EVERY PERSON..."
What does this mean? This means that every soul responsible for depriving you of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is PERSONALLY LIABLE TO YOU. Governors, mayors, ALL!

If you have been devastated by the draconian and wholly unconstitutional lockdowns enacted by violating your right to due process under the separation of powers, PLEASE, my fellow Americans I implore you, STAND UP FOR YOURSELVES! This is the only way we save our republic.

Here is my recommendation. Find a civil rights attorney. No not one of those insidious activist leftist attorney. I mean REAL constitutionally minded and free thinking civil rights attorney. Gather every person you know who has been effected and affected by these mandates,

and file class action lawsuits against your states, governors, mayors, health officials, literally anyone who is the command positions of any organization depriving you of your constitutionally protected rights. If you don't believe me, there is a massive amount of precedent

on our God given rights never being interrupted without just cause for arrest. The just powers of the government are derived from the consent of the governed. That means YOU THE AMERICAN PEOPLE carry the power and have all of the rights. You have more power than you know.

The government does not control We The People. We The People control the government. It says it right in our founding documents. Stop pretending like someone has the right to tell you what to do, how to speak, and what to wear. Stop being sheeple. Wake up we need you in the fight

We can go back and review 18 USC 242 - Deprivation if Rights Under Color of Law another time, but that is also one you want to familiarize yourself with.

Guys, the law really is on your side Do a little digging for yourselves. You would be amazed at how simple much of it is.

In this country our Judicial system was originally intended that any man or woman could walk into a courtroom and defend themselves or make cases to the court without a lawyer. Every person has the right and should have at least a cursory understand of judicial process.

We have an obligation, not only to our families, but to our country to be well informed and capable. As self reliance became a thing of the past, so too went our freedoms. The reliance on daddy government must end now. This is the hill we fight on. The government must be put back

in check if we are ever to recover and live a few generations without the return of this level of corruption. If people refuse to take their power back and live free, then we fall. If America falls, the world falls. Liberty and freedom is a hill MANY are willing to die on. Are u?
