A Breakdown of Presidential Authority Under The Insurrection Act of 1807

This is a long thread, so pop some popcorn and enjoy the read. I pray that it leaves you informed and more insightful about what is occurring right now. Do Not Fear. Patriots Are In Control. This will help you understand how this will likely play out. Be calm and PRAY!!

The Insurrection Act of 1807 (Title 10 USC 251-255). This is broadly covered under 10 US Code Chapter 13 - Insurrection. This body of law restricts/grants the President's authority to deploy active military, militia, or National Guard on American soil.

There are certain limitations that require a set of criteria to be met, before @POTUS can execute his authority. As a matter of National Security, the @realDonaldTrump has a great deal of latitude to act decisively and swiftly. Also, WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF CONGRESS!

Here is how I see it working out. Now that Seattle has been attacked. Not figuratively, but literally been attacked. This is an Act of War. Insurrection- The act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.

People will say, "We have a constitutional right to overthrow the government in times of tyranny." What they don't know is that first, they were required to go through all legislative and judicial measures prior to their rebellion, in order to validate their right to rebel.

Now that we have established that this rebellion is not Constitutional, based on their complete lack of LEGAL actions prior to their insurrection, we can talk about the laws they have violated and the authority @realDonaldTrump has to end this madness.

Here is the nitty gritty. In order for @POTUS to have the authority granted to him under 10 USC 251-255, he must first make a Proclamation To Disperse. This is a simple statement that could read no different than, "As @POTUS I hereby order you to disperse from (area)."

10 USC 254- Proclamation To Disperse
Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time.

Once that time has expired, @realDonaldTrump authority initiates. There is a process he must follow and still criteria to be met before he can just send in the troops. First, he must ask the governor if he requires the assistance of the federal government by way of militia or NG.

If the governor declines to act or refuses to act and @POTUS perceives the threat to be real and dangerous AND he perceives that the leadership of a particular state has abandoned their constituents and their role as Governor, he can bypass local government. Failure Jay Inslee

In this time, the situation in Seattle has reached the threshold for two pieces of 10 USC Chapter 13. 10 USC 252 and 253. Remember that the government's sole responsibility is to protect its citizens. Once they fail to do that, it is the right of the Federal Government to do it.

10 USC 252 is quite plain in its text. Basically, once it becomes impossible (impracticable) for the regular rule of law to be enforced through regular judicial order, @POTUS authority is granted. Here is the text. It is totally unambiguous.

When Antifa set up armed guards and barriers, the regular order of judiciary and law enforcement was interrupted. No longer can law enforcement work under "PRACTICABLE" circumstances. Of course I understand that other laws apply here, but that is for an entirely different thread

No we get to meat and potatoes. 10 USC 253 is a little more detailed and lines out the criteria that must be met before @realDonaldTrump can act. It is also unambiguous and should not require an extensive analysis. The media manipulate it, the language is clear.

The introduction doesn't tell us much other than @POTUS has every bit of authority over this particular type of matter regarding National Security and maintaining the rule law throughout the entire United States of America. As it goes on to define criteria...

Would you call an armed insurrection into your capital city and the lock down of several blocks of that city, a deprivation of rights? I sure would. They are refusing to allow people to travel freely and are engaging in mob like tactics of intimidation. BUT WAIT! THERE IS MORE!

"...and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or give that protection;..." Do you understand this? What has the governor of Washington done? What has the Police Chief done? What has the mayor done?

You see? By the power vested in @POTUS under 10 USC 253 section 1, he has absolute authority to quell the insurrection. The media says he has no authority. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you may ask why he hasn't done it yet. I bet you are even angry to the core.

Don't be. @realDonaldTrump has this firmly under control. Don't you think it is important for the evil and corruption to SHOW itself? #QArmy has been trying to TELL everyone for a long time. We woke millions as a #MeltingPot of #DigitalSoldiers. Every race and nationality.

Everyone get your #Popcorn ready. Remember these words from @POTUS @realDonaldTrump, "They aren't after me, they are after you! I am just in the way!" Millions of people simply would NOT listen. They HAD to be SHOWN. Consider how much things impact you when you SEE it in reality.

I know this all seems like 1984 by George Orwell. It is. @POTUS has tried to tell you all for as long as he has been in the political light. Stick with us #QArmy and fellow #MAGA #Patriots. #WeThePeople will prevail. Remember that #GodWins.

The best part of this entire body of law, in my opinion, is clause 2. Read it very carefully and let it sink in.

"In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution."
THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A SECOND! Didn't AG Barr tell us about 18 USC 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law?

Does this mean that the #PowersThatBe in Washington are accountable for all of this insurrection? Why, YES! Under 18 USC 242. This has all been a trap and all of the [DS] fell right into it. @realDonaldTrump tried to tell everyone.
