Senior Adv Devadutt Kamat appearing for Mumbai Police submits that the plea is not maintainable.

This 438 application is cut and paste of the writ petition filed before Bombay HC, he says.

Kamat: Mukharjee should be apprehended immediately because when she was asked whether she has any chats with Arnab Goswami, she said - I chat with all employees but I am in a habit of deleting chats.

Kamat: No case is made for interference. The allegation against the company and its employees is that they were indulging in activities such as bribing etc to increase TRP.
