Some more old pictures of #Charminar without temple

#Charminar was a multi-purpose structure with a religious component. 1st floor was a madrassa&a water reservoir. The water was transported to the palace&other residences. 2nd floor has a Masjid. According to Tarikh Zufra all necessities of life were available here @indohistoricus

According to Tuzk Qutb Shahi it was the site where the locals had placed a Tazia/Tabut to ward off a cholera outbreak before the construction of #Charminar - @indohistoricus
