The DA, HRA and other allowances for #TSRTC Driver's Basic Pay 13500Rs will cost another thousand or two, more than the conductor. Pension after retirement does not exceed 5000Rs!
Even 10 years after joining the job, there are half of workers who do not receive a single increment in #TSRTC. Job seekers are always at risk. High levels of stress at work!
The pay revision to be made in 2017 has not yet been made. A state government clerk’s pay is around 30000Rs. Until retirement they will reach 60000Rs. But on an average, an #TSRTC worker has a basic income of 58,000 - 42000Rs, reaching his or her retirement.
If there are 10,000 buses in the #TSRTC, 10% of that is about one 1000 buses become non operational every year! But since 2014, only 900 buses have been purchased by TSRTC.
#TSRTC claimed dues since 2014 to date, a total sum of Rs 2800 crores under student bus passes, disabled bus passes, journalists' bus passes and other concessions. But #Telangana government in last 5 years only paid back 700 crores!
The Central and State Governments are collecting Rs 600 crore per annum on VAT on diesel, Rs 200 crore per annum on road tax and Rs 100 crore per annum on VAT on spare parts from #TSRTC
Ticket price are same when in 2014 diesel is around 48 Rs, which is just about Rs 76 today. RTC will be burdened with rising diesel prices of Rs 500 crore annually.
