Dem Hart originally trailed by 47 votes. 2 recounts showed the 6 vote margin instead.

GOP Miller-Meeks actually lost 41 votes in the recount.

Hart is questioning overvotes, undervotes, and some uncounted votes ... I assume tossed for legal reasons.

What "legal votes" remaining to be counted? Are these spoiled ballots tossed because of election rules, invalid signatures or registrations, late ballots, etc?

There's actually a precedent for using this US House process under Federal Contested Elections Act though it's not been used since 1984 election.

There's been 15 subsequent petitions to the US House since 1984 but all were dismissed.
