"The steadily rising COVID numbers in Alberta continue to be extremely troubling," Dr. Hinshaw.
"I will be blunt. We are not bending the curve back down. We are still witnessing very high transmission of the virus," Dr. Hinshaw.

Incredibly Dr. Hinshaw doesn't have the R value available when asked the question. It wasn't that long ago (like less than 2 weeks) that that was being floated as the metric to watch and it would be updated weekly. Now, now so much.
"There are pros and cons to different approaches," Dr. Hinshaw replying to a question on how Australia hasn't had a positive case in weeks.
