In just 2.5 hours, the @realDonaldTrump campaign filled a 40 page response to NV Supreme Court. Pretty incredible.

Highlights in the thread.
Based on evidence obtained from DMV, Trump campaign says they identified almost 4K immigrant voters.

I’m guessing these are people who registered to vote while using a green card for identification.

That would be a massive scandal.
District court all but ignored the testimony of the former Secretary of State of Colorado.
Democrats expert who claimed limited voter fraud in previous Nevada elections apparently did an internet search for past fraud cases.

I’ll never understand this idea that those committing fraud will brag about it after the fact.
More details on how the Trump campaign used databases to identify suspected double, dead and out-of-state voters.

That’s actual research, as compared to internet searches of past elections.
As I said earlier, I expect the NV Supreme Court to reject the Trump campaign’s case. Much easier to do that than engage in the hard work of pouring through the evidence that was filed under seal.

Looks like the NV Supreme Court is going to rule against Trump tonight.

Not surprised given their reputation for avoiding anything controversial.
Don’t think a court loss means there’s no proof of voter fraud. The District Court didn’t engage with the names submitted by Trump campaign of double dead and out of state voters. It cited an “expert” who studied previous Nevada elections, but not the 2020 general.
The tens of thousands of potentially illegal voters is still an unknown. Illegal voting on that scale was possible given the rapid shift to mail ballots and signature verification being a joke.

But Trump campaign needs to put out those lists to allow others to investigate.

Three days ago, King @GovSisolak hyperventilated that @realDonaldTrump's rallies doomed Nevada to a deadly increase in coronavirus cases. Now, Sisolak is suggesting that he wants to relax restrictions on ... gatherings.
Is His Majesty aware that we were here earlier this week? That we remember what he said on Sunday?

Relaxing restrictions would obviously be a good thing, but it's a stunning shift for 3 days ago.
If this doesn't convince you that @GovSisolak doesn't have a clue how to handle this, I don't know what will.

Yesterday, @RalstonReports publicly attacked, mocked and said he muted @OyVegas, a columnist for the Indy, which Jon runs. What a great editor. ImageImageImage
.@OyVegas committed the most heinous thought crime of all. He suggested that something I wrote wasn’t completely wrong (although Dayvid was quick to point out what he disagreed with). Image
I’m sorry @OyVegas. That’s not allowed. You must not interrupt the two minutes of hate with independent thinking.

By the logic of SCR1, the state Senate is voting to dismantle @NVSenateDems and @cceanv.

A thread 🧵🧵
It's a resolution against systemic racism, which, as is often the case, isn't defined in the text.

Systemic racism is said to "create generational poverty" and "disproportionally affect people of color."
This is pretty standard. The term "systemic racism" isn't defined, but it's identified by disparities in outcomes.

Last night, @GovSisolak said he's giving his all "to continue to walk this tightrope between your personal health and your financial sustainability."

This is his biggest mistake. There's not a one-size-fits-all answer. Everyone values those things differently. Image
That's why -- unless hospitals are on the verge of being overwhelmed -- people should be free to make those decisions for themselves.
People should balance those things differently too. The risk poised by coronavirus varies widely from person to person, based on age and underlying health conditions.

A lot of space in between these 2 responses to #nvleg's elections bill, which is where I'm going to remain.

2 big problems with this terrible bill:
1. It gives paid political operatives access to ballots.
2. All VBM is more susceptible to fraud than voting in person. ImageImage
What's funny is that if @realDonaldTrump (and his campaign) were as dishonest as Reid says, Trump would love this bill, because it allows non-election officials access to ballots.
Trump is probably going to lose NV. If he were interested in stealing an election, this bill would help him and his campaign do that.
Just ballot harvest in heavily Democratic neighborhoods and only turn in 70% of the ballots.
(I'm not suggesting that obviously.)
