My 2nd Letter to the American People

Have we reached the Immedicable vulnus?

Our petitions to our government are being heard, though not with the thunderous voices with which we shout. Pockets of resistance are forming, and it appears that perhaps the war is now afoot as Texas takes fight with 4 states whose elections are corrupted by their own hand.

Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas, and Alabama all now lend Texas their weight to the struggle.

We do not yet know what other states may join this suit, seeing as how this story is developing and news updates by the hour.

President Trump has spoken today to the effect of “We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” What this intervention may bring I cannot say,

but let it be known that no one should be excused from their duty in this fight as presently the stage is only now being set.

Those one the left seem alarmed by this, as they and the media whom they adore in a Stockholm sort of manner, view this as a corrupt deal and traitorous coup.

On Tuesday, December 08, 2020 several State Attorney Generals published letters of varying degrees of support for the Texas Supreme Court Case. Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry boldly stated:

“Only the U.S. Supreme Court can ultimately decide cases of real controversy among the states under our Constitution. That is why the Justices should hear and decide the case which we have joined representing the citizens of Louisiana. Furthermore, the U.S. Supreme Court should..

consider the most recent Texas motion, which contains some of the same arguments. Louisiana citizens are damaged if elections in other states were conducted outside the confines of the Constitution while we obeyed the rules.”

This is perhaps the strongest statement made by any outside of Texas and brings in line the people of Louisiana with those of the Lone Star State. Additionally, we have heard from Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge has now gone on record with the following statement:

“After reviewing the motion filed by Texas in the U.S. Supreme Court, I have determined that I will support the motion in all legally appropriate manners. The integrity of our elections is a critical part of our nation and it must be upheld.”

I find this heartwarming to the Liberty of all freedom loving Americans and as strong a statement as can be made at present. In the State of Alabama, the Attorney General Steve Marshall shares similar sentiments:

“The unconstitutional actions and fraudulent votes in other states not only affect the citizens of those states, they affect the citizens of all states – of the entire United States. Every unlawful vote counted, or lawful vote uncounted, debases and

dilutes citizens’ free exercise of the franchise. The State of Alabama will continue to pursue any legal remedy available to protect her people from such disenfranchisement. Both our rights and our republic demand it.”

And the words of Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt are not to be left out:

“Election integrity is central to our republic,” Schmitt, a Republican, tweeted. “And I will defend it at every turn. As I have in other cases—I will help lead the effort in support of Texas’ #SCOTUS filing today. Missouri is in the fight.”

Liberty appears to have lain with these Attorney Generals a great charge and perhaps, in my own fear, her last dying breath in this country.

Countering those sentiments Democrats and the media with whom they have consolidated power over the 4th estate, perhaps the 5th Column in these United States, have made clear their views, some of which have done so most egregiously.

Most prominently we have heard from Michigan State Representative Cynthia A. Johnson (15th District) whose words are nothing short of intimidation and political violence. She stated to all Americans:

“So, this is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful. Walk lightly. We aint playin with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough. Enough is enough. And for those of you who are soldiers. You know how to do it. Do it right. Be in order. Make them pay.”

What has not been spoken about is the bombing in the 18th District of a Trump supporters’ home and property. The 18th District is connected to the 15th District via the i-94 and it takes little effort to make the drive and while the timeframes are reversed,

I recognize that her followers and ‘soldiers’ are likely to come to her aid and heed her calling.

What now is to be said of a Supreme Court case facing violence in the streets urged by Politicians when it has yet to even be heard by the court? What more are we to expect once the case is presented?

Are we to expect those Democrats to hold outstretched their hands asking for unity from those whom they have repeatedly branded “Nazi”, “Racist”, “Evil”, and “KKK”?

A most unnatural and inexpressibly cruel war has begun here within the United States.

It rages primarily through information warfare, however, acts of violence are not uncommon and, though I pray their end, will surely only continue to be cultivated by the environment with which we are living.

I say to each and every one of you that this Nation is not prepared for strife though the water boils and has for some time.

Those who do not speak out against this tyranny and fraud that has been bestowed upon Americans whose votes and franchise stolen are guilty in every way just the same as those who perpetrated its act.

The left is preparing for a short victory in which the case is not even heard. And when this plays out against their yearnings, I should suspect we see a vigorous resistance and one in which we have not yet seen in many years on these shores.

If freedom is to die here, in our time, let it die and honorable death and one in which we stood together upon the principles of the Constitution. For in making such a stand no man or woman can say they are the object of anything short of Liberty and Happiness.

No human policy steeped in Liberty can drive a man to war. Only those policies which stand aside from Liberty and work against it can cause such chasm amongst a similar people and one so productive as the American people.

Why do Democrats send warnings of war to those who stand with Liberty and Constitutional principles? Why do they push common people to commit acts of violence against their fellow citizenry?

Should not legislative bodies convene, at the orders of their own Governors which would show leadership, to stamp out this political intimidation and violence exhorted by radical members? Should a people stand for violence perpetrated upon them by their own government officials?

At Senate hearings held across a handful of states Democrat members intimidated and strained every nerve attempting to bring disorder, destruction and oppression upon those who testified to fraud.

Now we have taken our Grievances to the Supreme Court and look upon this body to bring the miserable dispute to terms of agreement, acknowledging the rights of the States to hold their own elections, ensuring they abide by and

formulate their own legislative acts according to law, and honorable to our Federal Government who reserves the sole right to settle such a dispute amongst states.

But what topics of reconciliation are left to us as a people when we cannot agree to even the simplest of lawful actions such as a Supreme Court Case. Will the Representatives of Democrat Districts and States hold course and continue begging for blood to be drawn?

Or will constitutional government and liberty, supported by common Patriots lead this country into the near future?

In the past they asked for our votes. When we did not grant them such privilege as to receive it, they took it. And now they are calling for our blood. Are we to expect soon they will openly call for our lives?

And how are you to speak out against such actions when your voices are being banned? The left may speak to its “soldiers” and “warn Trumpers” but no talk of election fraud is to be had amongst those in the modern social square?

YouTube has today banned videos that even discuss election fraud within the United States, effectively silencing millions. As the tides continue to roll, I see no reversal in sight.

Should we begin to speak out against violence perpetrated upon us by Democrats and those street soldiers they so proudly inspire I expect silencing of any such videos which speak to our cause.

As citizens speak of the Overton Window this is yet another example of it moving away from the cause of Liberty and towards that of Oppression. Away from rational policy and towards that of mass censorship of over 75 million voices.

While we love our States and our Nation, those who run her have now opened our veins.

This may continue until other states join suit with Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama and Missouri and justice is had at the Supreme Court, where precious blood is not needed, and our precarious independence may be preserved.

Those who wish to separate us speak falsely and their actions failing. We are a united, resolved people working daily at our taskings understanding the full weight of liberty rests upon our shoulders.

Our love for the Constitution grounds us, our faith in Almighty God guides us, and our Independent Spirit moves us forward. Our homes are but brick and wood and those who wish to attack us for our beliefs may destroy them as we have seen in Michigan.

But they are only a representation of our Liberty and burning a home only lights in our souls a greater love for Constitutional government. With work they can always be rebuilt, the grass may be regrown.

American values can be lived anywhere people exercise their liberty and freedoms. The Supreme Court must now do its duty and hear the case and rule as the Constitution requires.

As spoken in the Book of Mark, "The part that is incurably wounded must be cut off, lest the parts that are sound be corrupted. We must put ourselves to pain, that we may not bring ourselves to ruin."
