Thread on the missing 100 Kgs gold from CBI

In an unusual order, perhaps for the first time in history, the Madras HC has ordered a state Crime Branch CID probe into 100 Kgs of gold which went missing from the custody of CBI. 1/n

State CB CID officials will now probe the role of the elite CBI agency in the missing ingots weighing more than 100 Kgs. 2/n

When the CBI probed this case, the role of several IAS & ITS (Indian Trade Service) came to light. The role of Dr. Swarna, IAS, then Joint Development Commissioner, Special Economic Zone, Chennai also came to light. 3/n

Dr. Swarna is now the Secretary to government, P&AR, Government of Tamil Nadu. When an Addl SP went to examine Dr. Swarna with regard to this case, she threw a tantrum as to how an ordinary Addl SP can examine her and rang up TN Home Secretary to suspend the Addl. SP. 4/n

All the All India Service Officers involved in this case, using their bureaucratic clout in Delhi, ensured that this case never saw the light of the day.

Surana Corporation Limited, whose 400 Kgs gold was seized by the CBI, moved heaven and earth to ensure that their 400 kgs of gold were released. They filed a slew of petitions before the Madras High Court to get it released and had entered into an understanding 6/n

with two Judges of the Madras HC viz Justice CS Karnan and B.Rajendran.

This author regularly covered the hearings in the Madras HC regarding Surana’s gold and wrote scathing pieces, indirectly indicating that both these judges have been compromised by Surana. 7/n

Justice B.Rajendran developed cold feet and directed the registry to post the matter to another Bench. Justice CS Karnan, after reserving orders on this matter delivered a verdict after six months, dismissing the plea of Surana to release the 400 Kgs gold. 8/n

The Suranas, failing in all their attempt in getting the 400 Kgs of gold from CBI custody, finally broke and declared insolvency.

It’s quite a twist of destiny that the 400 Kgs of gold saved so meticulously with the hard work of several fine CBI officers now appears to have been stolen by the CBI itself.

A new unknown outfit, “Deiveega Tamil Sangam” which translates into Spiritual Tamil Association has now come into the picture. This is a front of RSS.

Today, (13.12.2020) this Deiveega Tamil Sangam, starts it’s door-to-door campaign in Chennai East. 2/n

The event will be inaugurated by TN BJP President L.Murugan.

During the door to door campaign, the RSS will never speak about elections or BJP or canvass whom to vote for. 3/n

Now, he claims he has been appointed as the State Organising General Secretary of a new outfit called, Pradhanmantri Jankalyankari Prachar Prasar Abhiyan. Several BJP Ministers are in the “Board of Guidance” of this organization. 3/n

Sources : The founder of My India Party, Anil Kumar Ojha, while launching his party today, claimed that the cases filed against him are false and that the bank officials had demanded bribe and since he did not pay, had filed a false complaint against him. 1/n

He has been running the following firms 1) SLO Steels Limited, 2) Shri Mahalakshmi Metal and Scrap Processing Private Limited, 3) SLO Steel Industries Limited, 4) S.L.O Industries Limited (full stop is the difference between Sl. No. 3 & 4) 5) SLO Buildcon Private Limited, 2/n

6) Aran Steels Limited, 7) SLO India Limited.

For all his above mentioned companies he had accounts separately in City Union Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI bank, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and HDFC Bank. He used these accounts to circulate and reroute the money 3/n

Dravidar Kazhagam President K.Veeramani flags the list of 5 members reportedly recommended by Madras HC Collegium which included a Brahmin woman advocate, who is reportedly close to RSS. 1/n

In a FaceBook post today, he asks when there are 9 vacancies to be filled up from the Bar, why only 5 names are recommended.

Sources : One Anil Kumar Ojha, who claims to be an entrepreneur is issuing colour advertisements in English and Tamil dailies about the launch of his new political party “My India Party”. Advertisements are also appearing in all major Tamil News channels like 1/n

Puthiya Thalaimurai, Thanthi, Polimer, etc.

The slogan in the advertisement claims in another 5 years, he will make Tamil Nadu “Tax Free” state. Even if he becomes CM by winning in the elections, how he can deliver this promise is a mystery. 2/n

The advertisement also says, “Enough of being cheated”. This could only be targeted on the two Dravidian parties, similar to the slogan of Rajinikanth, Kamal, BJP, Naam Tamilar. 3/n
