Alternative headline: NYC medic is not being paid a sustainable income despite her important role particularly during a pandemic, takes on an additional job and admirably manages both, but really should just be paid more at her current job
this wonderful person is at risk of losing her job bc of this misogynistic article that she didn't consent to, here's her go fund me if you're able to help gofundme.com/url_shortener/…
but really @nypost what about "I don't want my identification shared bc I'm worried about losing my job" didn't make sense to you and @ SeniorCare what about consensual sex work doesn't "adhere to standards of personal ethics"?
if anything it seems pretty unethical not to be paying someone enough at their job and then to penalize them for earning additional income through other legal means 🤔 pay your workers more and let them do what they want with their bodies 😌
@dean_balsamini & @SusanBEdelman are the people who wrote this article, publishing information she specifically asked to be anonymous, harassing both her workplace and her family members with calls, and threatening her privacy, safety, and livelihood
she's exceeded her gofundme goal by a large amount (YAY), so if anyone here is also a frontline or healthcare worker who is strapped financially, please comment your payment links and I'll try to add them to this thread or bump them! pls consider donating to them as well, ty all
going to be sharing the links that sex workers had shared under the 'apology' bella thorne made when she screwed over sex workers on OF, feel free to check out all the links in the original thread and add your own links below! apologies if I can't add everyone bc of thread limit
bella thorne is one of the top 10 villains of 2020
remember when she posted an apology and told sex workers to send links so she would promote them and then never did anything and now she just tweets promotions for her own OF page while sex workers are still screwed by the caps and restrictions that she brought about!
well, here's a thread of some of the sex workers BT promised to help since it looks like she's never gonna get around to promoting these links
good morning to men under 6ft and men under 6ft only
tall men stop commenting about how u wanna be acknowledged that's like straight people asking for straight ppl parade, u do not need it 😐 tall height is already considered a conventionally attractive and popular feature by the majority. let other ppl be celebrated damn
anyways if ur gonna comment to brag about how tall u are i do not care and i will block u for taking up space. short kings i love u and this is a safe space if anybody is mean to u lmk i'll fight em
turns out losing 4 inches makes no difference, hair or ex-boyfriend
the incels mad in the response defending a guy they've never met lmaooo first of all it is totally fine to have small dick, if i love u i will suck that shit n pretend to choke on it. all i said is that shit won't be missed so stop self-projecting and go jerk yourselves off
also y'all tryna insult my lil boobs like ya i have small ass titties and??? they're cute and perky as fuck and i sell pictures of my underboobs for $150 so as much as y'all want to suck my titties, keep them out of your mouth bc you couldn't afford to even look at them
imagine not replying to a hinge match for 2 hours because you're busy studying and then they send you this (thread)
idk i'm disgusted by this in so many ways and this is really veiled incel shit the way he keeps trying to guilt / manipulate her into responding and making it seem like she's missing out and overall being creepy while trying to flex about himself i just 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
quick informational thread if you're thinking about getting an IUD (I have Mirena):
1) there are two main long-lasting types, copper IUD and hormonal IUD 2) copper IUD lasts longer (10-12 years) vs hormonal (5-7 years) 3) both hurt like SHIT upon insertion and during periods,
but I've been told that copper IUD cramps are usually much more painful 4) like the name suggests, hormonal IUD affects your hormones which may affect things like your periods (can impact your flow, some women stop having periods which has been my experience)
5) I had mine done at Planned Parenthood for free with insurance, I think most insurance should cover most of the cost if not all, so check with yours! 6) at my visit, the people at PP didn't really know about the birth control...I asked a few questions and they had to google for
