Panini’s Ashtadhyayi, Brahma Sutra, Dharma Sutra are all fundamentally Sutras. Many Shastras explain reality in Sutras.

When tightly coupled the rules morph themselves and become an indistinguishable entity of a bigger reality called Model - which is the western way of thinking.
