I left the university annoyed at the empty, blood sucking nature of it all. So did another girl.

My advice? Get some friends who are growing as artists, do short courses together, do online courses, talk, share, grow together.
You get far, far more education condensed into absorbing from dozens of sources and points of view, than one scruffy master who stinks of gin.

You wanna learn? Go to life drawing classes. That's the core of learning art. Seeing, translating 3d to 2d, light, form, mass, shading, composition, anatomy, gesture, weight, balance, focal points, lines of energy, perspective... the core of this is life study. Plus boobs.
