Yes, here in NYC Citibike shut off access to bikes at 7 pm - but as of 8:10 pm for those with (more) money, Uber still stopping on Worth Street
And now, the day after. No one is playing basketball on these courts near the courts. Then again, the gates are locked, as they were for weeks earlier this year during the COVID "Pause." And then next one?
