Zoom In and check the awesomeness of the sculptor 😀😀🙏🙏 one never gets tired of this beauty 😍😍Arjuna’s Penance is one of the magnificent monuments of Mahabalipuram. This wonderful bas air relief dates back to the mid-seventh century. Standing tall at a height of 43 feet Indian temples
the monolith was carved on the face of two huge adjoining boulders, making its length around 96 feet. The subject of the massive structure is either Arjuna's Penance or the Descent of the Ganges, or possibly both. ‘Arjuna's Penance’ is an extract from the Mahabharata, of how
Arjuna, one of the Pandavas, performed severe austerities in order to obtain Shiva's weapon. The concept of the story encompasses Hindu philosophy where it is believed that one could by penance, self-mortification, attain miraculous blessings from the Gods. The ‘Descent of Ganges
story narrates the penance of Bhagirathi who performed austerities in order to bring Goddess Ganges down to earth. Lord Shiva consented to break the force of the descent of the river his hair, because otherwise the force would be too great for the earth to contain.
The representation of the megalith relief supports either legend.

Gayatri Mantra, also known as the Savitri Mantra, is a deeply worshiped mantra from the Rig Veda (Mandala 3.62.10), one of the highest spiritual texts of the Sanatan Dharma, dedicated to Savitr. Savitr in Vedas is an Aditya, offspring of the mother goddess Aditi. powerful-benefits-of-chanti...
The sun before sunrise is mentioned as “Savitr” in Rig Veda, and “Surya” after sunrise. Gayatri, the name of the Goddess of the Vedic Mantra in which the verse, made up of 24 syllables, is contrived. They produce intense Physical and Psychological effects on the human body.
The Mantra precedes with OM. When we chant the Mantra, its recitation activates the vibrations that start from your lips and moves along with the tongue, palate, back of the skull, and throat makes our body release relaxing hormones and helps to calm our mind.

The spiritual meaning of Namaste is profound. Particularly in Hinduism, Gods are worshiped by closing the eyes and joining the palms in reverence, which indicates the recognition of their divinity. In the Namaskar posture, the joined fingers act as an antenna to assimilate the Benefits of praying to God ...
Chaitanya (Divine consciousness) or the energy transmitted by a Deity. While joining the palms, the fingers must touch each other because leaving space between the fingers will result in the accumulation of energy in that space. This energy will be immediately transmitted in
various directions; therefore the seeker's body will lose the benefit of this potent energy. After joining the palms, bow a little. This posture puts pressure on the navel and activates the five vital energies situated there. Activation of these vital energies in the body makes

A Yuga Cycle is a cyclic age, where eternal time repeats general events. Each cycle repeats.four yugas (dharmic ages)—Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dvapara Yuga, and Kali Yuga—lasting for 4,320,000 years or 12,000 divine years.
Dharma is personified as a bull, whose four legs reduce by one with each new yuga, often related to Mother Earth personified as a cow. As the cycle progresses, each yuga's length, and humanity's general moral and physical state, decrease by 1/4th. Near the end of Kali Yuga,
when virtues are at their worst, a cataclysm and re-establishment of dharma occur to usher in the next cycle's Satya Yuga, prophesied to occur by Kalki. Kali Yuga, which lasts for 432,000 years.

A spark of Sanatana Dharma in Africa!🙏🌺🚩
We need to reclaim this continent from the darkness of the mafia gangs pretending to be valid paths towards spirituality. Image
One of the earliest leader of Dharma in Africa was Swami Ghanananda, born in Senya Beruk village in central Ghana, born in a native polytheist Pagan religion in 1937. He journeyed to India due to an inner call, when his parents converted to monotheism.
He was seeking answers to the mysteries of the cosmos. He reached Rishikesh. Swami Krishnananda gave him sanyasa diksha in 1975 and initiated him to Vedanta and Yoga. He then opened a monastry in Accra in 1962. He gained Satgati in 2016.
