1) Where Bill Barr Failed the President

This is a lengthy article. And given the topic, deservedly so.

An examination of some of the critical junctures during Barr’s tenure as Attorney General
theepochtimes.com/where-bill-bar…
2) Barr’s most significant achievement was perhaps his role in the final stages of Mueller's investigation, leading to his conclusion that evidence compiled by Mueller failed to establish that the president had obstructed justice.

But a series of curious missteps then followed.
3) The investigation being conducted by U.S. Attorney John Huber disappeared entirely, although a portion of that investigation may have been folded into U.S. Attorney John Durham’s still ongoing investigation.
4) Durham was appointed as special counsel by Barr, but reports indicate that Durham’s investigative scope has been narrowed, and the investigation’s long-promised results remain delayed.
5) Trump found himself impeached by the House in December 2019, despite evidence within the DOJ that might have prevented the politically driven result.

Indeed, Trump may have effectively been impeached for being right about Biden.
6) Two FISA warrants on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page have been deemed as invalid - and thus illegal.

But there have been no prosecutions or convictions of high-level individuals involved in the surveillance conducted on members of the Trump campaign.
7) To date, only one person has been formally charged from the multi-year probe into the FBI’s handling of their investigation of the Trump campaign.
8) Barr remained heavily concerned - some argue rightly, others overly - about exhibiting any overt signs of interference in the 2020 presidential election.
9) While Barr studiously avoided disclosing any evidence regarding the Hunter Biden investigation, so did the mainstream media.

The impact of the general public’s lack of knowledge on this matter was likely material to the election's outcome.
10) Barr also made what might generously be termed a material strategic error by speaking with The Associated Press in the weeks following the election.

The impact was significant.
11) Barr’s comments that the DOJ had yet to uncover fraud on a level sufficient to affect the outcome of the election reverberated throughout the nation and caused material damage to the case being made by the president’s lawyers.
12) Why Barr would choose to speak to the media, let alone the AP, at this critical juncture remains unknown.

Barr had more than enough political acumen to comprehend the manner in which his comments would be interpreted and relayed to a nation in post-election turmoil.
13) Ultimately, a portion of Barr's legacy may reside w/in the Durham investigation.

And Durham’s efforts may yet produce tangible results, but nearly four years of investigation (IG started 1/17) should have been long enough to bring forth something material before now.

A lot of people dismissively mocking this tweet but it's worth pausing to recognize its Marxist roots.

This "thinking" traces back to Critical Theory, The Frankfurt School, Theodor Adorno & ultimately Antonio Gramsci.
The Frankfurt School employed a technique called Critical Theory – a social theory oriented toward critiquing and changing society as a whole.
The point of the theory is to criticize every traditional social institution – and to specifically avoid offering any alternatives – as a means to breaking down Western Culture.

GA Court has discussed inherent flaws:

"Georgia’s use of the new Dominion machines created a particular problem regarding the performance of a successful RLA, precisely because the system “by its nature, erases all direct evidence of voter intent.”"

Judge Totenberg: “There is no way to tell from a BMD printout what the voter actually saw on the screen, what the voter did with the device, or what the voter heard through the audio interface.”
Totenberg stated in her ruling that a BMD printout “is not trustworthy” and the application of an RLA to an election that used BMD printouts “does not yield a true risk-limiting audit.”
