Owner of Neighbors on the Rum, Joe Holtz, told me he's closed today after a visit from the health department (not sure if local or state). Holtz hadn't been served with the lawsuit yet, he said, but he says he'll fight it.

Holtz owns three restaurants but he hedged his bets and opened only one on Wednesday. He says he can't pay his bills on takeout only and his staff is out of work.
