I guess MSNBC's @JoyAnnReid doesn't have a problem with small biz closings and people of all ages falling into depression and committing suicide during this pandemic due to crippling isolation. Here she was expressing anger at the idea COVID shouldn't control and cripple you.
Reid: "We're not just talking about Donald Trump saying things that were stupid. But saying things to down play the seriousness of it: 'Don't let it take over your life' 'The cure can't be worse than the disease.'"
Everything may be perfectly fine for Joy Reid as she's more than privileged with her new-ish TV show and upcoming D.C. professorship, but people are struggling and not able to have the lucrative job that @JoyAnnReid does. Instead, they're committing suicide while she snarks.
It probably hasn't crossed @JoyAnnReid's mind, but you can take the coronavirus seriously AND believe that you shouldn't suffer in crippling mental and physician isolation to the point that you end your life. These lockdowns have real consequences. washingtonpost.com/health/2020/11…

So much conserving conservatism in this tweet. I hope Biden sees this, bro.

You both are really "restoring the soul of America," "lower[ing] the temperature," and listening to his call to "stop treating our opponents as our enemies." Image
Biden on Nov. 7: "It’s time to put away the harsh rhetoric, lower the temperature, see each other again. Listen to each other again. And to make progress, we have to stop treating our opponents as our enemies. They are not our enemies. They are Americans. They’re Americans." Image
I mean, here's what set him off, but the point remains -- the Never Trump crowd embodies the very same personal traits they claim to oppose

To the 74 million Trump voters out there, know that MSNBC, Comcast, Joy Reid and Jason Johnson HATE you. They HATE you as human beings. They detest you with every fiber of your being. And when you call out their hypocrisy for expressing venom against them, they flip out.

It's all a lie. Joy Reid and Jason Johnson don't want to unify. They want to continue to hurl venom and stir up hatred, teaching their viewers to hate people who think differently than they do.

#Tucker said what a lot of us were thinking and/or saying, but no one (or really anyone in cable news, at least) has as big of a profile as he does, so what he did tonight matters a lot.

I feel like tonight has the possibility of being a real turning point in all this.
And for those in the liberal media dismissing what #Tucker did as insufficient, the reality is they need to come lean and say that nothing would be sufficient for them other than going on some Evan Baxter-like meltdown about the evils of Fox News and the entire Republican Party
Really, go look. It's as if #Tucker broadcast obscene material on his show tonight (e.g. Janet Jackson at Super Bowl XXXVIII) by simply playing clips of what Sidney Powell alleged before critiquing her.

When you treat political speech like pornography, you might have a problem.

Our woke sports media and all the usual columnists will be losing the damn minds over the sight of this in South Bend, but it's safe bet they were overjoyed to see the crowds celebrating Trump losing (and might have even participated themselves)

The faces of Chris Harrison in this episode (and specifically, those when he's listening to Clare) are glorious #TheBachelorette

Based on how the few conservatives on their payroll like Rick Santorum are treated, it's been a helpful reminder over the last 24 hrs that, under Jeff Zucker, CNN will have nothing but disdain and, yes, hatred for people that disagree with them. "You're a Trumper? You're a NUT!"
With his trademark condescension and hatred, Anderson Cooper is leading a waterboarding of Rick Santorum. Among his latest claims is that Republicans are the ones to fear election violence and rioting in the streets of American cities, not far-left groups.
My point exactly about CNN being poisonous to our body politic. They have no respect or see Trump supporters as good, reasonable human beings. In their mind, a Republican makes you basically a believer in Q, hates minorities, and prone to violence
