In lalitha sahasra, maa lalitha is said to be haridranna lover, which gives maa all shat Ruchis I.e 6 tastes in a single prashad. This can be offered to all devtas, & it is said that we are blessed with balance of 6 tastes of life and emotions

Boiled Channa

A major prashad to Gurus on Thursdays is boiled channa with chonk of cow ghee , mustard seeds, jeera, red chillie whole and salt. Never use oil for chonk in this case even by mistake. If no ghee is available just offer boiled channa and jaggery piece.
Gudanna

Traditional way of preparing gudanna is just use rice roasted in cow ghee and boiling it in jaggery water. Add japatri / Bay leaf, elaichi and laung to it. And make it into a soft khichdi like consistency or dry as per your wish and offering it to Kuldevidevtas is imp.
Dahiyojanam and Gudanna are very important in kuldevi aradhanas Nd sadhnas of devi. These are offered to maa lalitha too on regular basic. Gudanna is offered to Surya and Shani too.
How should an ideal neivedya which satisfies all these above in daily life be like , this doubt almost creates a lot of confusion in people.

What ever you cook for afternoon which can be offered to lord without any tamasic and Rajasic foods in it should be used for neivedya.
Any food should be offered to lord and eaten and it is eatable only after offering it to lord, since the karma attached with will be released by lord. Hence it is said to utter a word Shree Krishnarpanamastu, while reading the mantras during the neivedya.
Best people can do is

1. Chaawal & or Roti
2. Jaggery
3. Spoonfull of rice in milk and sugar(Kheer)
3. Little curd and dal on rice
4. glass of water

Curd, ghee, gudd, milk, rice and roti are main. Dal can be or not added. any sabjis without onion garlic can be offered
***Dont taste the daily food or smell it intentionally while cooking**. All neivedyas can be made anytime as per your convenience and offered to bhagwaan🙏🏼

Why Moudyami is not for Auspicious

The grahas keep travelling to different houses and effect the universe both in micro and macro levels. Each graha takes different position and bestows different benefits. During these movements there will be various conjunctions too.
In such a conjunction which happens with sun graha esp the major planets loose their strength and they become inactive. This inactivity in a graha is called
"Moodam" in sanskrutam. When jupiter conducts with sun it is termed as Guru Moudyami.
When sun conjuncts with shukra it is shukra Moudyami. They become so close to sun and wouldn't be much visible to too. During such times auspicious works like marriages, engagements, griha pravesh, shankusthapanas, new investments & ceremonies of children are not performed.
