The Power of The Heart. Title only sounds corny to some because we are taught to hate not love. This mofo will have you holding back tears.
Immaculée Ilibagiza's story will floor you.
Bonus - Paulo Coelho cameo.
Fantastic Fungi. Normie intro to plant medicine, it’s PC and you can share with family and friends.
Most people have 0 idea about the healing power of plant medicine yet have strongly held opinions.

20 Feet from Stardom. Musically it’s engaging, what I enjoyed most is learning about a completely unknown culture, including the influence of gospel / choir on mainstream songs from 1970’s onward.
Clive Davis: The Soundtrack Of Our Lives. This is more pop and fun, save for the death of Whitney Houston. Also this documentary is great example of self-promotion that comes off as more than just hyping yourself. A strong demonstration of that genre.
Hoaxed. Obviously biased as I produced it. Hoaxed moved documentaries in ways Errol Morris was afraid to. Every political viewpoint represented in its strongest form. Due to cancel culture, no cast this diverse would ever appear in same film again.
Long Strange Trip. More than a “band documentary” on the Grateful Dead, the series wove into and explained the cultural zeitgeist (hippy movement, war on drugs, psychedelics). Also a tragic look at the downfall of a good man - brought down by catching the 🐉 he chased.

I often tell myself that my life shouldn't be a cautionary tale, but I carry scars - some you see and some you don't. Some are buried deeply into my soul beyond my own insights. cernovich.com/43-for-43/
I’ve also had objective success in life that would have been incomprehensible to the fat, bullied, kid who grew up on food stamps. All of the banal success people desire, I’ve had. Now the spiritual side calls more as I lean into love with my family and the world.
I’ve taken hits that would have dropped most and am still standing.
