12/20/20 BECOMING "VULNERABLE" TO UNDERSTANDING YOUR OWN BELIEFS THAT MAKE IT HARDER TO SERVE HUMANITY. (Second post of the day.) My beloved old and new friends, today I would like to discuss becoming "Vulnerable," so that you can serve Humanity even better.
Those of you who have been with me for awhile here in our community know that I am back in school, studying to be a Chaplain. This is something I agreed to do before this incarnation, just as you agreed to do what you are doing before you came to your current incarnation.
I realized during this last quarter of my studies that the real reason I agreed to do this school program is not so I can actually become a Chaplain. Instead, I agreed to do it so I could learn more about how to serve, and how to help you serve Humanity.
For those who are new, I want you to know that my sole mission in being here with you is to help you do what you came to do--to help you figure out what you came to do, and to remember how to be the lightworker you hoped to be here on Earth.
As I was studying this quarter, it dawned on me that we are all Chaplains to Humanity. Chaplains concentrate on providing support for their clients or medical patients--in helping them connect to the Divine, and remember their divine nature as souls during a time of need.
That is a good summary of the four missions of lightworkers--We Lead, Teach, Heal, and Protect Humanity in their time of need--which time is right now, here in one of the toughest venues for service in the entire galaxy.
This quarter in my studies focused on "Developing Vulnerability," which does not mean that we leave ourselves open to attack, but instead, we turn inward, and examine ourselves and our beliefs, to see what areas keeping us from being able to serve all who need our service.
In every incarnation everywhere, each friend or family member, every job, every situation we found ourselves in, provided a learning opportunity that we now bring to the table as lightworkers, in our effort to be of service to Humanity.
Thinking about that reality, it becomes clear that not every relationship or situation taught us positive things that we can use to serve. Sometimes we learned very negative things, mostly because of ignorance and not malice, that keep us from serving those in need.
It's important that we develop "Vulnerability," the ability to see within ourselves, and examine each and every belief. Then we can throw out beliefs that no longer service us, and eliminate the beliefs and actions that make things more difficult for Humanity.
As with the one who is now Ascended Master Jesus, as with the Ascended Master who was Ghandi, as with the Ascended Master who was the Buddha, we come to serve the "disinherited," or the "marginalized" of Humanity.
We also come to serve those who are not disinherited or marginalized, but they usually do not seek our help because they are doing just fine on their own, doing whatever they choose to do. The disinherited and marginalized are those who provide the service opportunities.
After we realize that we were all taught things in the past that may be good or bad, the next step to developing vulnerability is to realize that most of the bigotry and prejudices in society are against those who need us the most--the disinherited and marginalized among us.
But who are the marginalized among us? The term, "marginalized," refers to the image of a piece of paper, with all of those with social power in the center of the paper, speaking their messages. The "marginalized" are those on the edge, trying to get to the center of the paper.
Over the past year, we have seen tremendous tumult within society, as those who are marginalized try to get to where their voices are recognized as legitimate, and their concerns are recognized and dealt with by leaders of society.
The most marginalized groups in today's society are so because of race and ethnicity, membership in the LGBTQ+ community, those who are "unsheltered," or "homeless," refugees running for their lives, and ordinary working people just trying to survive in an expensive world.
These groups of marginalized people are most often targets of propaganda wars that seek to place the blame for their situations on themselves, rather than focus on the systemic failures that create such marginalized groups.
I ask you to read through the list I just gave, again, of the most frequently marginalized groups, and write down all of the beliefs, good or bad, you have about the people in these groups. This requires honesty and openness. This requires you to be vulnerable and introspective.
Very honestly, I always believed myself to be a person who was speaking up for the marginalized and disinherited. Until I started actually writing down the thoughts that came into my mind as I considered what the individuals in these groups were say, I was only misleading myself.
I found that I had many beliefs related to my religious upbringing about race and ethnicity--as Christian religions formerly taught that it was the Christian duty to enslave African people because they had failed their "first estate in heaven."
I found that I had many old beliefs about the LGBTQ community, even though I was always an advocate for those seeking civil rights through the court system as I practiced as an attorney. Again, these came through the religious beliefs I was taught as a child.
I found I had beliefs about the Unsheltered, or Homeless population that were completely untrue. A majority of the Homeless community are so because they cannot access healthcare for mental health problems that make them unable to work and care for themselves.
I found my political beliefs supported the homeless not being able to access healthcare, as well as anyone else in need of healthcare not being able to access healthcare unless they could financially afford it. I was adding to the homeless problem with my beliefs.
I read up on who refugees actually are, and why they try to go to other countries. Once again, I discovered my old political affiliations started the problems that now exist in the countries they are running from.
In short, to spare you from every realization I had, I learned that most of what I thought about these marginalized groups was not only not true, but that my ideas, as a white, straight, cis-gendered person, actually enabled the situations that made these groups marginalized.
The bigger realization I came to was that we, as a community of lightworkers, have added to the problems these groups are suffering in society. Until we each, as individuals, do the hard work to deprogram our beliefs about why people are marginalized, we cannot serve them.
The constant propaganda war that goes on here on Earth is specifically targeted to direct attention away from the marginalized, and to empower the rich and powerful. It is meant to take lightworkers off their paths of service, by leading us to support the powerful, not the weak.
How did you react when I discussed these different groups? How do you react when you see a homeless person, or read about marginalized people fighting for their rights? Do you support them, or the politicians who ignore them and say bad things about them?
I know these are hard things to hear and consider. Almost everyday through this last quarter of my studies, my husband came home to find me sitting in my chair, with tears running down my face, as I considered what I needed to change in my thoughts and actions.
Only when we can be vulnerable, and see and change the energy of our thoughts and actions to come from the high vibration of love, instead of judgment, can we truly serve who we came to serve.
Only when we can change our thoughts and actions to come from a high vibration of love, instead of judgment, can we truly heal ourselves and regain the wholeness we brought with us to this planet, but lost along the way, as we accepted human beliefs and actions.
The lightworkers serving on this planet are among the strongest and most resilient serving anywhere throughout Creation. I have complete faith that every single one of us can make the changes we need to make to return ourselves to wholeness, so we can better serve Humanity.
I love each one of you, and I am so happy we are all meeting and finding each other again, so that we can be a better team. I ask you to please consider what I have said, and what changes you need to make in vulnerability, so you can serve as you hoped to serve.
Much love to all of you, and yours, this holiday week. Thank you for the opportunity to be of service.

12/20/20 HELLO, NEW LIGHTWORKER FRIENDS. About 1300 new community members have joined us this week. If you have just joined us, it will be helpful if you will review this message I gave last week about our community and who is part of it.
Most of the members of our community are one of the two types of lightworkers: Either angelic starseeds, here from over 600 soul groups throughout Creation, or Incarnated Angels, here from the "Realm of Angels," throughout Creation. loveandlightworks.com/f/incarnated-a…
Here is more information about lightworkers in general, and in particular, Angelic Starseeds. loveandlightworks.com/f/who-are-the-…

12/18/20 HEALING FOR WHOLENESS: UNDERSTANDING YOU CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY. Hello again, my beloved old and new friends. Today I would like to talk more about healing yourself, and finding wholeness in your life, both for your own happiness and to be able to Serve Others better.
We've talked about today's topic before, but it is one that I think we need to remind ourselves of on a regular basis: OUR REALITY IS OUR OWN CREATION, formed of our own free will thoughts and choices. This is the case because all of life is an energetic process.
As the Ascended Master, Jesus, discusses in THE CHRIST LETTERS, what we feel and experience in our lifetime is due to "magnetic bonding." Some of you are familiar with "The Law of Attraction," which is the same concept. The Law of One calls it "The Law of the Harvest."

12/16/20 RECOVERING FROM PHYSICAL AND/OR SEXUAL ABUSE. Hello, my dear old and new friends. The past couple of days, I have been working on a project in my human capacity as an attorney, dealing with the widespread sexual and physical abuse experienced by a prominent family.
As I have been working on this project, my thoughts have repeatedly come back to you, my beloved friends, and I feel there is a message that to offer to some of you who have been physically or sexually abused, as children or adults, and who continue to suffer from that abuse.
As we have discussed in the past, when we come to serve on this planet, we are often asked to commit to birthing contracts, or marriages, or other relationships, which put us in lifetimes with souls who need our help with serious problems they need to work out.

12/14/20 OVERCOMING THE "HOUNDS OF HELL," AND FREEING ONESELF FROM OPPRESSION. Good evening, old and new friends. Tonight, due to the things taking place in the world, I'm going to leave our discussion on health and start a new discussion on what drives oppression.
As we've discussed before, in addition to "anchoring light," simply by incarnating here on Earth, lightworkers have four primary tasks: To lead, protect, teach and heal Humanity. As part of leadership and teaching, it is important for us, as a team, to understand "Oppression."
What is oppression? Oppression has three main definitions. First of all, it is the state of being under mental pressure or distress. Secondly, it can be the state of being subjected to unjust treatment or control. Or, it can be prolonged cruel or unjust treatment or control.

12/11/20 MENTAL HEALTH RISKS FOR LIGHTWORKERS: HELPING EMPATH, OR CODEPENDENT? This is the second message of the day, meant to follow up on our discussion of several weeks ago about mental health problems and how they affect lightworkers.
Part of what I was asked to do, here in our lightworker community, is help individual lightworkers find their way back to wholeness, which includes good physical and mental health, as well as health as a soul.
My last message, before I took a break for school, was to discuss the mental health risks that we, as lightworkers, face on this planet. We (hopefully) vibrate at a different, faster speed, than the collective consciousness of Humanity.

12/11/20 Hello Dear Old and New Friends! I survived my schoolwork, and I am so happy to be back with you! It looks like 1100 people have joined our community since we last talked. So, I will give two messages today: This one, the first one, to the new people who have joined us.
If you have found our growing community of lightworkers here on Twitter, there's a very good chance you are one of two varieties of lightworker: Either an Angelic Starseed, serving here from one of 600 different soul groups throughout the galaxy, as part of the Guardian Alliance.
Other lightworkers serving here on planet Earth are incarnated angels, from throughout Creation, from what we sometimes call "The Realm of Angels," for lack of a better term. Both groups of lightworkers carry in the same higher levels of consciousness, to anchor light on Earth.
