12/16/20 RECOVERING FROM PHYSICAL AND/OR SEXUAL ABUSE. Hello, my dear old and new friends. The past couple of days, I have been working on a project in my human capacity as an attorney, dealing with the widespread sexual and physical abuse experienced by a prominent family.

As I have been working on this project, my thoughts have repeatedly come back to you, my beloved friends, and I feel there is a message that to offer to some of you who have been physically or sexually abused, as children or adults, and who continue to suffer from that abuse.

As we have discussed in the past, when we come to serve on this planet, we are often asked to commit to birthing contracts, or marriages, or other relationships, which put us in lifetimes with souls who need our help with serious problems they need to work out.

As we try to help troubled souls work through their problems, very frequently, we find ourselves troubled by them. Very sadly, we can be abused by those we love the most. This can take the form of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, which can affect us for many years to come.

Since we are here on a Third Density planet, we don't have all of the healing mechanisms we have available in our homes of origin to help us deal with these issues. We are somewhat limited to human methods of dealing with these human issues.

This time of year seems to make these issues of past abuse come out and cause more pain, as we are frequently put in the position of continued contact with those who hurt us, having to put on a happy face when we hurt inside.

If you have dealt with abuse in the past, I am reaching out to you to let you know that it was not your fault. It was not a weakness in your character that allowed it to happen. It was not something you could have prevented. And, you don't have to bear the pain alone.

Throughout history on this planet, survivors of all kinds of abuse were very frequently blamed for what happened to them. Especially in the case of girls and women, they were very often punished or shamed for experiencing sexual abuse. This made their pain and sorry even worse.

As the Ascended Master Jesus points out in his book I have recommended, THE CHRIST LETTERS, each of us is responsible for our own good and bad acts. If someone else has harmed you, they alone are responsible for their actions. You need not accept blame for the acts of another.

There is help available to you if you are hurting because of past abuse. Some human methods are very helpful. Therapy can really help lift the burden and the pain from you, and help you recover from what you have experienced.

Therapy works for reasons different than what most human therapists understand at this point. Therapy works because it is a dialogue with yourself, as your own Higher Self walks you through the thoughts that are needed to reprogram the energy that was changed by the abuse.

I have spoken many times about why the Law of One encourages us to exercise unconditional Forgiveness for anyone who wrongs us. The reason it is suggested is not for the benefit of the one who does the wrong, but for the healing of the one who was harmed.

As we know, everything throughout Creation is an energetic process. Forgiveness is the energetic process that will change the energy around you, and allow healing to begin within you. It is necessary to close the energetic gaps that were opened by the harm done to you.

In addition to healing that can be done through therapeutic processes and forgiveness, the planet is now much more open, since the Frequency Fence that surrounded it, and kept it in isolation, was removed in July of 2019.

What this means to each of us serving here is that we now have better access to the soul groups from which we came. Your soul group, or Oversoul, or gestalt, is now much more easily able to come to your aid, simply by your asking for their help.

As I have said in the past, the soul groups from which you came know where you are, and how you are serving here on Earth. Simply by requesting their help in your healing process, by thinking of what you need in your mind, they will hear you and respond to you.

While the energetic veils on this planet will likely keep you from directly seeing this help come to you, what you will see is other people being put in your path, synchronicities being arranged, that will help you recover from the harm you have experienced.

Abuse of any kind is, on this planet, very often a transgenerational problem, that will continue until someone in the family line stops the cycle. Let that be you. When you heal yourself, using whatever means are helpful to you, you help heal others in your path.

Please know that you are never alone, although experiencing abuse tends to make a survivor think they are very alone. You are deeply loved and cared for. You have a community here of fellow lightworkers you can reach out to as friends.

Besides your own earthly friends and soul groups, the angelic gestalts are here in your service. You need only call out for the help of any archangel to whom you relate, and we will arrive immediately, with a knowledgeable team, and start working on your request for help.

I love each one of you as individuals. Please always remember that when you hurt, when you are in need, I will be with you. My heart is always with you. My Higher Self, "The Big M," is always available to show up and hold your hand in your time of need.

Please take good care of yourself through this holiday period, which invariably seems to be very stressful for so many of us. You are loved. There is help available, simply by asking. Much love to all of you, as you navigate the challenges of the great service you provide here.
