Has anyone ever had an issue doing a trade in with @apple and having them find damage that they never existed before they got the traded in device into their hands? Seems like something I'd expect from a sleaze company and not apple.
2/ So on with them now, it turns out they use "trusted partners" to do fulfillment on the trade-ins. So the outsourced company can I guess either break it or report damage to stiff you on the price.

Can anyone tell me what is new about this BI story about Kushner setting up the campaign shell company? To the best of my knowledge the name of the company was known, its "shell company" use within the campaign was known, a rough sense of its budget, etc. etc.
2/ This isn't a lo-fi criticism. I'm actually trying to understand what part of this is new. It seems to be possibly Kushner's role setting it up? Or the roll of a Pence nephew failson?
3/ So having read through the piece and checked some earlier notes, it seems like the existence of this company, its scale, how it used money etc has all been reported before. What is new is the role of Lara Trump and secondarily Pence's nephew.

in this case I assume the actual email is likely genuine. but it actually means nothing. People amend returns all the time. the premise of the story is that he found out he needed to amend a return and simply didn’t.
2/ But there’s no reason to think this at all. It’s just a selectively leaked single email from someone the reporter knows is simply trying to damage Biden. If a piece of info speaks for itself or is clearly genuine it doesn’t really matter who the source is.
3/ But in this case neither is true. clearly Giuliani has all the emails. He says as much and can produce them at will. So a reporter is certainly going to say you need to show me all the adjacent emails so I know what it means.
