Israel’s Jerusalem arena has been turned into a center for vaccination, Maccabi and Calalit are giving out the vaccine to people over 60 and others; relatively efficient and masses being vaccinated everyday. 
If you're interested in how it works, from what I saw it seemed that the over 60 people were permitted in...on one side Maccabi was very crowded, Clalit seemed very efficient. Those under 60 were kept on a separate line while they had various reasons they wanted too.
Sometimes the under 60 group was let in as a trickle at the end of the day so as not to waste excess opened vaccines. I've heard in some towns in the south like Arad, Dimona this was an issue, with hundreds left over.
After people present their medical insurance card to the medical staff, they are seated, roll up a sleeve and they are asked if they have allergies or had Covid or have a temprature etc; and then in around a minute they are done and sent on
They then are told to wait around 15 minutes and given a date for the second vaccine, in this case in late January. It takes them around 20 minutes in all, in the longer Maccabi line probably more. For the under 60s "stand by" they wait like 40 minutes or an hour and hope
The staff is super friendly and everyone very nice, professional, efficient and observe the distancing and guidelines, its in the area around the stadium so lots of room.
parking is a bit of a difficulty. But it's an Arena...so there is parking for the games...
This has been a difficult year, but seeing this process brought tears to my eyes.
