-Per Ayurveda , first food consumed converts into rasa (plasma), and then followed by successive conversion into blood, muscle, fat, bone marrow, reproductive elements, and body fluids

- It is proven that first food of the day should be healthiest ,heaviest and it should reduce as the day goes by to ensure smooth and simple digestion

- Our porridge preparation process is meticulously designed so that improves the nutritional value of food.
- Traditionally Flour were made from processed grains
- Millets /grains undergo germination, followed by sun drying and grinding for the porridge flour
-These were fat free utmost little oil or no oil
-Most of Inidan Porridge is rich in minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium as well as essential vitamins like folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, and Vitamins B6, C, E, and K.
