Adding $1000/month from a side hustle

Seems too simple, those aren't exciting numbers

Instead of moving into better NOW

People freeze & plan a massive 'perfect' move

'Better' does not feel worth it to a person who feels worthless
You can right now remove a significant amount of useless expenses

You also can absolutely & quickly do something to make an extra $1000/month

Because that number doesn't excite

People would rather do nothing & plan the massive jump to 6-7 figures overnight

See the issue here?
You can go from a low position to a good position almost right away

But instead people reside in the low position until they figure out a way

to skip the good level & just appear at the great position

It's a self-worth issue...
When you're

Good with who you are, where you are, and where you're going

'Better' each day is what you want

You don't feel you need to escape a miserable situation fast

This is a lesson I learned myself and wanted to share
After losing everything

I had a track record & KNEW I was capable of making high six figures per year

This ended up crippling me

It made stepping into 'better' seem not worth it
I could have EASILY made an extra $2k-3k/month

Removed $1000/month in BS

& immediately stepped into 'better' & enjoyed life while moving forward toward bigger & better

Instead life was put on hold

Trying to conjure up a perfect plan to jump to 6-7 figures within 90 days
^ those 90 days turned into 1 year of stagnation

Step into better

High probably guaranteed stacking of an extra $1000/month

Scaling and/or investing the profits

Then $1500 next month
Then $2000

You'll be amazed what these small steps into better will compound into in 1 year

Stiff Hips - doubt & hesitation moving forward

Imbalance/Weak legs - ungrounded, pushover, lack of assertiveness

Hunched Shoulders - depression, heavy burdens to carry, feeling behind & defeated

When we feel good we smile

When we preform the action of smiling the same 'feel good' response triggers

Society neglects body in favor of mind

Without body inadequate delivery of information/nutrients/energy is delivered to mind
Some of the unhealthiest people have sculpted bodies

Having a sculpted body is not automatically a confirmation of health

It's a sign of adaptation to the stresses of resistance training

Resistance training + calories in/calories out is all it takes to look good

Can keep the body sharp

Flu shot gives a small dose for body to fight off

In lifting 90-95% of your day, muscles aren't under stress of heavy lifting

Tactical toxins 5-10% of the time can have a strengthening effect
Issues arise from prolonged usage

Body adapts cellular expression around a substance

Caffeine for example

Prolonged high dosage competes against the body producing dopamine

Soon the body adapts

Producing MUCH less dopamine, relying on a daily intake of caffeine to supply it
When 90-95% of the time you live clean & don't have toxins in your system

The 5-10% of the time toxins enter the system at random times & not prolonged periods

No adaptation occurs around the substance

AND potency of the actual substance is enjoyed more

Weird branch of ultra pessimism

Always saying “it’s not scientifically proven”

Everything scientifically proven was once unproven hypothesis
They also rely too heavy on ‘measurable & repeatable’

Ok so tell me why is your friend is your friend

Prove it scientifically

If you can’t, he’s not your friend

This is their logic

You can’t see or measure love & it is constantly changing

So love must be myth to them
Another thing these keyboard ‘scientists’ love to say is

“That was scientifically proven as bad/false”

You can find science proving red meat is bad & proving it is good

Same goes for various compounds used daily by society

“Every truth is a half truth”
