£3k/mo contracts sound sexy

But there’s endless people paying £100-£1k/month just for:

- Basic website
- Hosting
- “Support”
- bit of google ads

Most are getting a bad service...

So, create a better offer

Running website = truly embedded in company + secure client for years.
Used to call 50-100 local biz’s a day

Selling my services

Tons of my clients were in the same boat

Monthly payments to a company like Yell

But no continuous benefits

Steal these clients from MFers like Yell in 2021

Low effort, good LTV, easy to help etc.
Just had this msg in

Great local tradesman who I poached from Yell

He was paying tons per month for low amount of leads

I re-did his website

Got him top for his KWs

Smashed his GMB

Now it’s basically hands off

Low effort for me, consistent lead generation for him Image
Numbers:

Only charge £300/mo for this guy

But he's been with me 3 years in Feb

£3,600 x 3 years = £10,800 rev

Also some referrals

Initial work = new website, took him from page 2s to #1 for main KWs

Ongoing work = Very little

His return = much more than £10,800

Win win
How did I find him?

Cold call

Said he's interested

Few follow up calls

He paid ~£300/mo to Yell for nothin

I offer:

- New, fast, responsive website
- Take from page 2 to #1 for main kws
- Personalised service

Price: £200mo at first, £300mo when we hit page 1

Easy
In Local...

Taking someone from page 2s to #1's is pretty easy in an uncompetitive trade market

We're already page 2 with an accidental strategy

So obviously a real strategy easily gets us there

Get 10 clients like this and you're making £3k/mo reliably from anywhere gg
This guy is self employed.

But you can deploy better tactics for larger companies to charge 4 figs+ a month.

Learn that here: gumroad.com/l/local-kingdo…

Either way.

Get embedded in real businesses.

By actually helping the market.

And get paid reliably for years.
Keep it simple

Take over core parts of people's business

Websites aren't "take it or leave it"

Consistent leads aren't either.
Converted lead + another upon waking up

And just skimmed over Local Kingdom again

+ the 2 free books

+ the 2 updates..

It's a steal for $150

Next update will bump the price

Local SEO is all about driving sales.

Getting embedded in a company isn’t passive income.

There’s the odd housekeeping task.

But it is Sleep Money 😴

You must create sleep money in 2021.

Find a way, get it.
Good SEO compounds...

You take on the client.

You do a lot of work upfront.

You pull the brakes a bit.

But your content/links/site edits etc. kick in over time

The results you deliver continue and grow without hard daily efforts Image
Another £300/mo

Could easily charge more

But I provide so much value at this price that they’ll never need anyone else

- Top of their city roofing KWs
- GMB doing similar
- Run small budget of ads
- Almost no time involvement

Another 2+ year client, maybe he’ll stay for 5+
I used to scoff at digital products

Why sell a $30 book/tool/guide/resource etc...

When companies can reliably pay you a monthly fee?

Because of systems you put in place?

In 2021 we should all get BOTH.

- Work with/for companies
- Also sell digital products

😴📱💻🏝
Most won’t do this

Fear of not being good enough

Just start free and get feedback then

You’ll get an email address for each download, anyway

Stop doubting yourself

Let the market decide
Websites + businesses + products.

2021.

How do I land clients???

- Help them
- Help them
- Help them

I played poker before digital marketing

1v1 tournaments

It's like having a job though. The money stops when you stop playing.

Digital assets > trading time for money Image
Exceptional Local Kingdom review 🐺

This guy is trading local seo consulting so the local biz reserves a product for him whenever they get it.

And he can sell the product for decent profit.

+ they're buying more consulting

Very impressed!

Selling Local SEO to Yell customers works well

They’re familiar with:

- Paying monthly
- Getting nothing
- An impersonal service

I called thousands of these guys.

Many are unhappy.

👇🏻
I have ex-Yell clients

Yell do us a favor by priming local customers to pay monthly

Yet they deliver nothing, usually.

This allows us to swoop in and outperform Yell in every way:

- Results
- Communication
- Real relationship
- Bespoke approach
The problem we face?

Yell customers get bombarded a LOT

In order to win their business, you’ll need to:

1. Be different
2. Followup a lot
3. Have a great offer
4. Fix their problems

Let me explain these four points...

When making a local lead gen website, avoid trying to rank for everything.

Most niches have enough services/sub-niches to rank for anyway

No need to make a monster website like property management that tries to rank for roofing, carpentry, flooring etc.

Roofing ALONE has:

👇🏻
- Repairs
- Replacements
- Fascia & Soffit
- Commercial
- Thatched
- Garage
- Guttering
- Chimney
- Bespoke
- Solar
- Flat
- Maintenance

Tons to do in this niche alone, let alone trying to turn this into a huge property management website

You also end up diluting your relevance
Better to stick with one decent niche bros

Or, pick a niche which is closely related to other niches, therefore not diluting relevance.

For example, these niches crossover well:

- Carpentry
- Joinery
- Sash windows

All are woodwork, but slightly different...

Easy & Safe Local Links 🐺

In 3 Steps:

#1: Get high ranking websites in the same locale or niche

This can be client websites, your own websites or a mixture.

Send links between these sites.

Doing this grants you links that have:

👇🏻
Trust: Because the sites rank high & get traffic

Relevance: Because they are in the same locale & or niche

Power: Our sites will have SOME power

These three link strength factors were covered in the @mattdiggityseo linking YouTube video released today:

We likely don’t gain a LOT of link "power" compared to large affiliate sites.

... But enough power to add decent value in easy-medium difficulty local niches.

Easy niches especially have weak linking profiles, because competitors are rarely investing into their SEO strategy.
