Unfortunately, with materialism & atheism, we have ignored this most important question. Actually, its very easy to ignore this issue, its easy to be like “I don’t wanna think about it”, “I just want focus on XYZ things” etc. Its very convenient to just keep living & be busy.

But one need to ask this question & have a moment of reflection. What if u are sitting on ur death bed & u get a chance to ask urself, what was it all about? What I was trying to accomplish & what is going to happen now?

In psychology it is called as“Big Oops”- basically u show up at the end of your life & you look back & ask yourself, what was it all about?
To be honest, life usually revolves around things like money, marriage/family, fame etc. However, the freedom of heart is true freedom.

To free ur heart, u need to live something beyond just for urself, or just this moment & realise your purpose. That is the only way u free ur heart from the shackles around u.
