He is banned from Washington DC other than for his legal matters before the court.
He says he was arrested at gunpoint last night.

Enrique Tarrio was picked up by a friend and said his first priority is to get a "hamburger" but that he doesn't know how he'll be getting the city tonight.
I spoke to one of the handful of people who came out to support Enrique as he was freed.
She says "he's a good person" and that he's a "protector, not a destroyer."
