The whole point of #evangelicalism is and always has been to make everyone like you. To eradicate anything or anyone that does not look or pray or believe or sound like you. Because that is uncomfortable to you, and you do not know how to be uncomfortable.
From the “jesus movement” crusades to the “pro-life” movement to the storming of our nation’s Capitol yesterday, it is nothing short of genocidal. Enough is enough. You are going to be the death of all of us.
The most infuriating thing is that most of you are not going to learn your fucking lesson. Most of you are going to see these PR statements and you’re going to but the fucking lie. You’re going to vote for these motherfuckers again in 2-4 years.
And we will be right back here in another 5 years, because the majority of you will not get this lesson through your thick goddamn skulls.
Jesus of Nazareth was a BROWN, MIDDLE EASTERN JEW who empowered women, supported sex workers, was pro-universal healthcare and welfare, and was MURDERED at the hands of a facist government for being too liberal. Get your fucking priorities in order.
#christianity and evangelicalism and conservatism in america needs a complete fucking overhaul and it needed it about 100 years ago. Educate yourselves. Understand that what you were indoctrinated to believe about the bible and jesus and god IS SIMPLY UNTRUE
