2/5 The @IWPublicHealth team is doing a great job at getting the vaccine to those who need it, but I want the Government to do more.
3/5 We have a slighter older population on the #IOW so we are more vulnerable than some other areas, and mainland hospitals are already under pressure.
4/5 I am also asking for greater clarity and more data to enable our excellent health teams plan to ensure the most efficient roll-out of the vaccine.
5/5 Thank you to @DHSCgovuk, the Island’s Primary Care Networks, GPs, nurses and surgery teams for their very important work + St Mary’s staff @IOWNHS for treating Covid patients needing hospital treatment.
