1⃣stronger policy for One Health
In May 2020, WHO published our Manifesto for a healthy & green recovery, with 6 policy prescriptions & more than 80 specific actions"-@DrTedros

"2⃣a stronger approach to One Health.

We’re working:
-to strengthen country-level mechanisms & capacity to implement a One Health approach
-on early warning systems that integrate human, animal & environmental surveillance & monitoring"-@DrTedros

"3⃣stronger partnership for One Health.

Major health challenges, including #antimicrobialresistance, food safety, & pandemic preparedness cannot be effectively addressed by one sector alone. That’s why the tripartite was formed between the @FAO, @OIEAnimalHealth & WHO"-@DrTedros

"Together with our partners in the tripartite & @UNEP, we have now agreed to establish a One Health High-Level Expert Council, supported by a joint secretariat. The Council will analyse scientific evidence & policy responses in countries & advise us on actions to take"-@DrTedros
