Speaking of photograph 28, On @Facebook profile picture change for a Kevin Loftus, someone asks, "Is that you in this pic?" The Loftus account responds, "yes number 28 lol" with a link to the @FBI website & collection of wanted posters. @WISN12News @WQOW

At his initial appearance this afternoon, Loftus was released with conditions: submit DNA, urinalysis, not possess guns or other weapons, not drink, not leave Eau Claire and Chippewa Counties, not participate in any protest gatherings, activities @WISN12News @WQOW
