- Set a strict schedule with a maximum 35 hour work week. You’re no good to anyone when you’re burnt out & depressed.
- Write out your quarterly goals + your strategies to meet every goal on your list. If you don’t know how to meet them, it’s time to get a business coach.

- start writing out your content 7-14 days ahead so that you can get ahead and not have to worry about the what, when and why behind your content.
- Review & edit your website. Write a list of what you don’t like about your site & why. Use this as a checklist for editing.

- Plan to have 1 professional shoot per quarter so that your content stays visually fresh and you hold yourself accountable to stay creative with your branding.
- Start prioritizing RESEARCH. If you didn’t make your sales, web traffic, event, networking or social media goals 9/10 research can tell you why. You NEED to do research like your business depends on it because it does.

Somethings you should research are your target market & audience, industry trends, competitor brands, consumer behaviors and developing a customer profile.
- Take the time to calculate your business overhead and operating cost. This will help you understand how to set your prices, manufacturing cost, how to profit your first year of business and what figures banks and investors will expect from you + how much it cost to be in biz.
- Start creating quarterly vision boards and stop solely focusing on your annual goals. Start breaking annual goals down by quarter and start giving them specific deadlines and strategies. A goal without a plan is just a dream.
- Learn how to hire contractors and delegate. You can’t realistically handle more than $50,000 in annual sales alone if it’s not passive. So, if you learn how to delegate now you won’t struggle with this as your business grows.
- Separate your personal feelings from business. How people feel about your brand =\= how they feel about you. It LITERALLY is business & 9/10 it is not personal. You will be happier in the end!
