The often quoted line is "The Palestinian side shall continue to apply the present standards of vaccination..." In this case, the "present" is in 1995. This provision is for ROUTINE vaccinations (e.g. polio, MMR) that are widely accessible & for ailments that are rare. (2/5)

Regarding pandemics, the very same Article states "Israel and the Palestinian side shall exchange information regarding epidemics and contagious diseases, *shall cooperate in combating them* and shall develop methods for exchange of medical files and documents." (4/5)
So, again, if you're going to use Oslo as your standard, at least be sure to read the entire document. And then I ask, why are you not as vocal about all the other provisions from Oslo where Israel was meant to transfer power or promote Palestinian autonomy, and didn't? (5/5)
