1. Bawal ang militar/police operations o pumasok sa kahit anong UP Campus nang walang pahintulot ng Presidente, Chancy o nang Dean. Unless hot pursuit.
2. Any arrest of any UP student o personnel must be communicated to UP w/in 24 hours.
3. Kung mabigyan man ng pahintulot ang AFP/PNP, mga naka uniporme lamang ang pwedeng pumasok sa UP Campus.
4. Higit maari, walang UP student, faculty o employee ang pwede isailalim sa custodial investigation nang walang pasabi sa UP President, Chancellor o Dean.
5. Hindi pwedeng pakialamanan ng AFP/PNP ang mapayapang kilos protesta sa loob ng campus.
6. Search warrants can only be served to UP students, faculty, personnel kung may prior notice sa President, Chancellor o Dean. AFP/PNP must serve warrant in the presence of UP police. I
If this accord is terminated, constitutional rights of students, faculty and employees can and will be violated.
