The Man Who Met Himself, Continued

We'll turn to a bit of a thread plan next, but first I have to express my heartfelt response to all your kindness yesterday. I am not naturally kind to myself when not completing a chosen task.
2) The many considerate responses and the, for me, fairly large readership were very surprising. They shouldn't have been, you a wonderful group of true patriots. Please accept my sincere gratitude for your patience with me. It is truly and warmly received.
3) There is likely more work to get done, today, than we'll complete. With that in mind, I'd like to start at the end. I'll do so with numbered points.

1) Trump has every piece in place to formally and legally rescind this false election. He has the power and the obligation.
4) Continuing my list:

2) He has also emplaced every military asset - as far as I'm able to ascertain - necessary to effectuation his obligation.

3) The counsel for this obligatory duty was laid out by General McInerney and I captured into this form on December 22.
5) Continuing...

4) In his interview, General Mac laid out the case that what was taking place was actually cyberwar. I can find no better theory to interpret what facts we have access to. I accept this conclusion.
6) Continuing...

5) Coming forward, I believe Trump was indeed surprised on January 6 by Pence's betrayal.

6) I don't believe Trump anticipated the Left's strategically and tactically flawless false flag operation at the Capitol.
7) Continuing...

7) I don't believe Trump anticipated the still not uprooted depth of faithless betrayal by those surrounding him.

8) I believe the Left, after the 1st Impeachment, has learned its lessons well, best laid out in...

9) The 1999 book: Unrestricted Warfare.
8) Continuing...

10) I believe that there are three fundamental sets within our enemies: A) China, B) The Cabal and its Democrat minions, C) The Cabal and its Republican minions.

11) I do not see the political aspect of Trump's preparations as covering the January 6 operation.
9) Continuing...

12) If a plan to cure the stolen election is in place, its cover is a bit too successful. Dramatic tactics at the wire of deadline are difficult on all.

13) A new risk assessment has had to be made since January 6.
10) Continuing...

14) There is no way to stop a thief without risk of violence. The moment the election was stolen, its cure always incorporated risk of violence.

15) Political will is required to control such risk.

16) There can be no question that political will is weak now.
11) Continuing...

17) Personal will of the leader is NOT the equal of political will. Trump's political party has betrayed him.

18) Yet Trump holds the will of his supporters at a blazing hot peak of fire.
12) I typically like to end lists on numbers divisible by 5 or 10. I am happily leaving that list unfinished for now, but I don't know if I'll return to complete it or not. Something about stopping at 18 feels right, as we are still in a story who's end we do not know.
13) I called that the end at the beginning, above, and it is...mostly. I'll release the cat from his bag and tell you that I will conclude today's thread with strong counsel to our great POTUS, that to cure the vote is his highest priority, his greatest obligation, and he must.
14) Now to a bit of a plan for the thread. It will go slowly, as I will be reading and contemplating between Tweets. First, I have to read the 18 Tweets from yesterday again. Then, I will turn to J.E. Dyer @OptimisticCon's article, which I'll slice up a bit.
15) I'll conclude with the strongest advice I am able to proffer but there will also be coda in a Post Script. I'd say buckle up, but it's likely more like blanket up, and share the slow pace if you have the time or patience. Here I slog off to pace as indicated.
16) I just saw that in yesterday's #9, I failed to include the screenshot of @tamaraleighllc's temporarily suspended account. Here's that tweet, and screenshot below.

17) Wow, and Holy Cow! I posted Saturday's thread above, NOT yesterday's interrupted one. It was an easy mistake to make. I never pinned yesterday's thread to the top of my account. I guess I'd better go do that now, and then read it! Wow.
18) With apology, here is the link to yesterday's thread, which is also now pinned, and which I will now read...

19) This was a very important point from yesterday's thread.

20) This is the close on J.E.'s article. Or, its most important closing point.

21) I have completed the read of yesterday's thread, and am ready to turn back to J.E.'s article. I'll be about 15 minutes off and then return. I promise!
22) J.E. gives us an amazing fact sheet on the DC National Guard. She highlights: "...the District of Columbia is the only National Guard that reports only to the U.S. President."

We'll snag another quote next.
23) "The DCNG is the only U.W. military force empowered to function in a state or, in this case, a district status. Those functions range from limited actions during non-emergency situations to full-scale law enforcement of martial law when...
24) "...local law enforcement officials can no longer maintain civil control. The National Guard may be called into federal service in response to a call by the President or Congress."

If you'd like to read the entire fact sheet, click here:

media.defense.gov/2019/Aug/06/20…
25) As we now so often say, in an overabundance of caution, for those of you who got lost in my various threads on topic, here again is J.E. Dyer @OptimisticCon's outstanding article that we're no following...

libertyunyielding.com/2021/01/16/tru…
26) I find it interesting that J.E. immediately clarifies a question I got while reading the fact sheet. It says it may be either the President or Congress who declares the emergency. And this is her close for the article, as well...
27) "Of note, it’s the president who on 11 January declared an emergency situation in Washington, D.C. for the 20 January inauguration.
28) "POTUS is who commands National Guard troops when they are deployed to the District of Columbia, the main element of the National Capital Region, a federal reserve."

Listen to the words closely:

* the main element of the National Capital Region
* a federal reserve
29) Those words didn't quite sink in at first for me. POTUS commands National Guard troops when deployed

* to the District of Columbia

Which is

* the main element of the
* National Capital Region

And this strange term

* a federal reserve

This is worth following.
30) "The United States National Guard is part of the reserve components of the United States Army and the United States Air Force."

Not the terms "part of the reserve components."
31) "It is a military reserve force composed of National Guard military members or units of each state and the territories of Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia, for a total of 54 separate organizations."

And again, "a military reserve force"
32) "All members of the National Guard of the United States are also members of the Organized Militia of the United States as defined by 10 U.S.C. § 246. National Guard units are under the dual control of the state governments and the federal government."
33) Whoa! Check that out. How much here did NOT know before? None of it.

All members of the National Guard of the United States are

* also members of the Organized Militia of the United States
* as defined by 10 U.S.C. § 246.

Back to the internet...
34) "The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are...
35) "...or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard."

law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10…
36) I am having SUCH a what-kind-of-idiot-am-I? moment. Until right now, I did not know we HAVE a militia, let alone that it is comprised of our National Guard. In all my years, I never realized Commander In Chief INCLUDED our militia. I thought it covered our military...which...
37) ...which I thought meant armed forces who fight wars on FOREIGN soil. I knew the National Guard served locally and was somehow a subset of the military itself. But, when I thought of a national guardsman getting called up, out of reserve, I thought that meant to fight abroad.
38) To me, a militia was a thing of our past that we'd allowed to fade away. I thought of a militia as a local gathering of ready fighters, and that our evolution as a nation had simply made it appear that a militia was no longer necessary. Talk about a WOW moment for me!
39) My earlier quotes were from the Wiki article. And check this out:

"In 2006, Congress passed the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act, which gave the president the authority to mobilize National Guard units within the U.S. without the consent of state governors."
40) Now why am I thinking that no one told Trump about that little fact during the burning summer of 2020?

Lin Wood and so many others keep telling us the President has an hellaciously bad legal team and internal staff. What if he never knew?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_St…
41) The Wiki article is awesome. I'm going to leave it up to read in full, now that I realize we DO have a militia. I have to ask, is this new information for any of you? Or am I the last idiot in America who does not know about this? Damn.

Short break...
42) It has to be looked at again. From J.E.:

"The Secretary of the Army does not exercise operational command. Command of the troops, as mentioned, is to be exercised by the D.C Guard commander. And whom does the D.C. Guard commander report to?

"The president."
43) While I still have J.E.'s article tagged for further reading, I fear events are about to overtake her analysis anyway. She covers fascinating geopolitical factors, gives wonderful Twitter data and photos, and covers a couple of theories about the "insurrection."
44) There is some work she does on Title 32 vs Title 10. Oh well, I'd better look more carefully at that before moving on...
45) You can of course read it for yourself, but I'm not going to follow her trail here. It leads us to...BOTH President Trump AND VP Pence. My layman's reading of the law she lays out is that it is inconclusive. We don't have the Pence V Trump read, legally.
46) On that note, we now depart from our beloved guide J.E., and I must now express my counsel for the President as strongly as if I thought he might read it.
47) Mr. President, as a complete outsider - one NOT read in - looking in from the outside I must state that it appears to me you have the means by which to cure the vote in hand. I know you're aware of General McInerney's guidance and, it looks to me as if you're considering it.
48) What we in the general public can observe is troop deployments of an unprecedented nature. We cannot know who is behind these deployments or what they portend. One possible interpretation is that you have emplaced the assets you require in order to cure the election.
49) If this is true, and on behalf of many who read my daily analyses, I must state emphatically that we call upon, we request with all our hearts, that you do so. There are no possible circumstances under which we may accept Joe Biden's victory as anything other than stolen.
50) The media that so desperately hates you, Lying with its every word, only hates you because you love and represent us. They won't, can't pay us enough attention to hate or despise us. They simply reject our existence as in any way meaningful. We are the forgotten Americans.
51) We know that we re-elected you in a great landslide. We do not trust any of the vast conspiracy of evil actors who came together to steal the democratic power vested in us. They scorn and scoff at us, and will without doubt wreak havoc upon us in coming days if allowed.
52) We knew that havoc is their great purpose. They know that you taught to believe in ourselves and our power as Americans, and now they must put us down with all the force and power Joe Biden's office will give him, should he be allowed to ascend.
53) As a man, and as our greatest friend, we would forgive you personally if you gave up the fight for personal reasons. No man, no mere man may be expected to shoulder such burdens as you already have, continuously these past four years, let alone to fight on now.
54) But with true and due respect, Sir, we would not, we could not forgive you in your function as President if you surrender the field. No, that's not true. We may, if you deem it the necessary step to move forward. If you continue as our leader, and guide us, we will follow.
55) But I can tell you frankly, Sir, you will face the gravest risk of your short political life if you surrender this office without a full fight as we, your followers must judge. You started something wonderful, something great. It is on you to lead us to the bitter end.
56) The great point of the moment is that we cannot see past that instant in which False Joe Biden may be sworn in as 46th President. Perhaps it is actually outside your power to prevent that. If so, we'll need to come to understand you were not able to do so.
57) Allow me to discuss that implication, Sir. If you are unable to cure the election fraud, then this nation's democratic approach to the consent of the governed has fallen. We do not consent. America is of course both a democracy and a republic. Neither is sufficient alone.
58) As the founders so eloquently laid out, the election of our national President is the greatest democratic act of our republic. It is the one and only where our nation speaks as a whole. If False Joe Biden is sworn in, then our previously unbroken chain of history is broken.
59) It is neither Congress nor the Judiciary that represents the whole of America. It is our executive magistrate who represents us in our entirety. When we hired you to do that job in 2016, we changed history. We are loathe to let that go, and in fact, cannot and will not.
60) So, Sir, it is with that grave backdrop that I must say again, we do not release you. We do not give you your leave of departure. You of course may take it and all will understand your personal reasons for doing so. But we will not understand your Presidential reasons.
61) On the other hand, once more, if you deem your own departure to be the full and proper completion of your Presidential duties it will, it must, it cannot not be upon you to convey to us your reasons, and to persuade us of your conviction.
62) Of course you have NOT done so as yet, and all speculation of your departure may, as yet, be only that, speculation. However as the forces lined against both you and us have not been conclusively disproved by your public words, we do not yet know.
63) I will elaborate. Not once, to my knowledge, have you equivocated on the fact of the stolen election. We thank you for that, indeed. Yet, you have - for whatever your reasons were - published statements that have been construed as concessions by many.
64) If your reasons have been merely tactical, and you have no intention of allowing False Joe Biden's swearing in, then any input or counsel I offer is superfluous to your plan. But as I hope you understand, I cannot know that. It is therefore my duty to state my own counsel.
65) In my function as nothing other than a faithful follower and reawakened patriot, I state clearly that your Presidential duty will remain undone, not finished, incomplete, and at peril of your very sacred honor, Sir, if you allow this stolen election to go uncured.
66) Bent upon my patriotic knee, I beg you, do not let this election go uncured. Give us back the democracy that informs our very republic. No one else can do so but you. If you hesitate at the grievous nature of the acts required to do so, this is understandable.
67) But to walk away and allow this stolen election to remain uncured is a Presidential failure of the highest order, and one I know not how we, your followers and this nation itself as a whole, will heal from. The risk is the gravest our nation has ever faced.
68) Some of our great and thoughtful friends may say that the Civil War was a graver risk. I disagree. That the South might secede was a serious consideration of many. Had they, while it may have been dire, it may also have worked out. We cannot know.
69) But whereas the Union may have suffered from the loss, it would NOT have challenge the very nature of the nation itself. A Union that was worth preserving is now in the greatest possible risk of destroying itself from within, such that is no longer worthy of preservation.
70) It is with these terrible thoughts that I bend to implore you, Sir. Please, please, do not leave us in this state. Do not abandon us when we need you the most. Do not betray the very purpose for which providence has placed you where you are.
71) We turned to you in trust, to lead a reawakened America back to Her greatness. Your job is not finished. An America where the vote has been suborned, where a False President ascends is not an America made great again. It is one where greatness has died.
72) So, I say to you, Sir, this election and its fraudulent theft must be corrected. There can be no other mission for you to undertake as a proper President than this cure. I say it is NOT your obligation to leave, compliant with the will of evil forces. Stay Sir. Stay.
73) If you do stay, you will have the millions of us, 70 million, 80 million or more who will back you at every step. We will welcome your militia as our liberating forces, no different than if China had invaded and our militia was freeing us from their evil occupation.
74) We, your patriotic voters, we know that the Judiciary and the Congress have betrayed their oaths and abandoned their duties. We know that you are our only hope of holding onto our nation in its freedoms and rule of law. The founders laid out the method.
75) They foresaw that marital law was in absolute fact needful in a nation where law itself was threatened. To the degree I understand, you do have the tools by which to cure the vote of its theft. It is that which we implore you to complete.
76) Back here to you, my followers at Twitter, I am going to conclude today's work now. I honestly had no idea in advance that I'd be reaching forward to speak to our great POTUS as i just did in #47 - 75 above. I'll leave you with a visualization.
77) In great courts it has often been protocol to walk backward as one leaves the king's presence. Sometimes all the way out, sometimes with a symbolic 3 steps, or such. Please view me as doing precisely that right now.

And to you all, until tomorrow...

The Day After

Here's the link to soon-to-be former President Trump's Farewell Speech. It's not easy watching, I can tell you that. But we boldly do what we must, right?

2) I am just past 1 1/2 minutes in, and found my planned method to have failed. My plan was to watch the whole thing, and then commence responding after. This won't work. Why? Just over 90 seconds was enough for me to see a politician speaking. First time I ever thought that.
3) There are already many reasons. But one will suffice. He thanks Mike Pence. That, my friends, is something I'll never be able to unsee. I know, perhaps it's merely political theater and who knows where all that stuff goes? But it is unacceptable to me. Viciously so.

Just a couple of instant #MAGAanalysis points in immediate response. Full analysis tomorrow morning.

First, here is obviously the entire speech.

Farewell Address of President Donald J. Trump via @YouTube
2) Second, you've likely already seen snippets. I have not nor have I watched this one either. I will soon, but there will be more than ample time to take it all in slowly, cautiously, and to extract all meaning. To watch, do as I shall. Watch the whole thing, repeatedly at need.
3) It may be that the fat lady has indeed sung. If so, I will be profoundly disappointed, but not shocked. If you've followed my analyses, you know I've attempted to prepare for all this, and hope that my work may have been of benefit to you, my real objective.

Thoughts For The Coming Day

It is, I believe, my patriotic duty to turn away from things of politics for the coming hours. I have my daily work and it commences today at 10:00. I never know when a coaching session may be rescheduled, of course...
2) It is highly likely that events of significance may occur while I ply my daily trade. It has been, so far, I feel, a small failure of MAGA to not explicitly state, after America First, Family First and even, Me First. Americans sustain themselves and their families, first.
3) As I serve each client who entrusts me with dollars for hire and his or her time and openness of mind and heart to share his or her story and consider my counsel in response, my focus must be pure and unhindered, undistracted. This is, to be sure, no easy thing today.

19 January 2021 - A #MAGAanalysis Supplemental

Wherein I request your additional help in getting yesterday's PM Edition out to the broadest readership possible, as well as statements of agreement collected here at Twitter.
2) Good morning, friends. The past few days have been, I don't mind sharing, some of the hardest days in my short years as a political analyst since 2016. I had a thread broken by exhaustion. And, yesterday's primary thread was broken again by disjoint references. I do apologize.
3) I cannot speak for all those many other analysts who have been on the mission for far longer than I. I can tell you that the form of analysis I attempt requires me to continuously stretch beyond my previous abilities, and at times really does break me, temporarily.

A Letter To The President

Will He Or Won't He, That Is The Question

We'll begin and end today's contemplations with J.E. Dyer
@OptimisticCon's recent work. If you haven't yet, please head over and read her fantastic analysis, here:

libertyunyielding.com/2021/01/16/tru…
2) With so much to cover, we must move fast, even though we'll likely be at this for a while, this morning. The bottom line of her article is this. Trump controls the military operation that's taken over DC. All the soldiers are under his command.
3) My amazing gal @KateScopelliti tells me that 100s of arrests have already occurred and that some vast number, like 190,000 additional arrests are lined up. I don't know her source. I do know that her research is the best in the world, bar none.
