CNN reporting: Trump will pardon Steve Bannon
This is reporting from @kaitlancollins & @PamelaBrownCNN
A pardon from the President doesn’t preclude state prosecutors in New York from filing charges against Bannon.
Trump said this about Bannon in 2018: “Steve Bannon has nothing to do with me or my Presidency. When he was fired, he not only lost his job, he lost his mind...”

cnn.com/2018/01/03/pol…
Bannon was charged with fraud by the federal government for allegedly defrauding Trump supporters out of money that they donated to build a small section of the border wall.

Trump said Mexico would pay for the wall. It may’ve been his biggest campaign promise. Mexico hasn’t.

A Louisiana broadcasting legend has died after a courageous battle with ALS. Donna Britt read a teleprompter like she was talking off the top of her head. Natural. Graceful. Personable. Charismatic. And always with a little humor. @WAFB is the powerhouse it is because of Donna.
“The best anchorwoman I ever worked with was Donna Britt,” said George Sells, her co-anchor from 1988 to 2012. “I’m talking about aggressiveness, ability to dig out a story on the telephone when nobody wanted to give it to us. … She could write.”theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/ne…

I met my 1st member of the Boogaloo boys today in Lansing.
He was a 30yo pizza delivery driver who came armed & didn’t want to give his name. He wore a Hawaiian shirt. He said: “We don’t like the massive over-reaches of a lot branches of our govt today.”
Everyone was peaceful.
Me: Why did you bring a gun?
Guy who wouldn't give name: “It’s just a thing we do…”
Me: “Are you anti-govt?”
I mean, not exactly. We don’t like the massive over-reaches of a lot branches of our government today.
Me: Are you far right?
Him: No.
Me: Are you extremists?
Him: No...
Me: Are you a militia?
Him: I mean, not really. I mean, I feel like your traditional militia, like gets together and trains and does all this other stuff. And I mean, like we don't really do a really do that. We’re more of a protest group than anything...
