It's important to note this isn't unusual or anything necessarily to do with Biden. Israel bombs Syria every week. This has been going on for years. You just don't hear about it because the media won't report it. See above videos for more.

Update: According to Syrian military source, israeli strikes came from direction of Tripoli, Lebanon (israel constantly violates Lebanese air space). Rocket bursts were fired with most intercepted by the air defence systems. 
Israel usually doesn't comment on strikes, assassinations, and other various crimes. They have however publicly acknowledge bombing Syria hundreds of times and giving support to Al Qaeda fighters inside Syria.
