Williams was arrested in Florida. He has paid / retained counsel in DC.
Judge G. Michael Harvey: If at some point you can no longer afford counsel you can apply for one...
AUSA: An information has been filed in this case.
Judge: Let's arraign him.
AUSA: We are asking that he surrender passport and remove all firearms from his residence.
Judge Harvey: Pre-trial, anything?
Pre-trial service: No narcotics, courtesy supervision in Middle District of Florida.
Judge: Stay away from DC. Verify his address.
Williams' retained lawyer: We'll waive Speedy Trial time. April first would be fine.

Pre-Trial: With GPS he'll have to get approval to leave the Central District of California, not just the state.
Judge Harvey: Any problem with getting courtesy supervision?
Pre-Trial: No. What about any passport?
Ehmke: My passport was seized, by FBI I believe.
Ehmke's lawyer: We don't believe electronic monitoring is needed. He's charged with a felony, but only because of the dollar value of the window. So we want the standard conditions.
