Okay y’all. I’m gonna do something and you might not like it. The only difference between these two photos is a blowout and the photo retouching/filter. You can clearly see that the photo on the left has at least had a filter added. 
Her eye makeup is virtually identical in both photos.
Here’s a different shot of the photo on the right - she’s clearly wearing a lot of makeup.
And if we’re gonna talk about the infamous, “our side is more attractive” picture, it should be noted (again) that the pic on the left has a filter/been retouched. Jen Psaki is wearing makeup and I’m also obsessed with her cut and color but it’s clearly not retouched.
